We booked a $15 tasting for 4 wines. We ended up getting to try about 6 or 7 though. A lot of the other tastings we did at different wineries felt very rushed, but here we felt like we had plenty of time to sip and enjoy ourselves. Paulo was fantastic. Very knowledgeable! The grounds were beautiful to walk through. Didn't have time to eat at the restaurant but it looked gorgeous, especially the terrace seating. Would recommend a stop here to anyone explore the west Kelowna wineries! (oh and we quite enjoyed the wines as well!)

I highly recommend a tasting experience at Quails gate. My husband, myself and my son visited a few weeks ago and were lucky enough to have Lark helping us on our tasting and I can’t say enough positive things about our whole experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and fun at the same time, huge shout out to her as she made Quails gate the highlight of our trip. Added bonus was the wine was phenomenal!

Definitely one of the best wineries I visited while on my trip. I paid for the$25 tasting option which allows you to try 4 wines. I was able to try a bit more. Paulo our server was so knowledge and made the experience one to remember. Great wines. Definitely a winery to visit if you are ever in the area

Très bel endroit, il y avait beaucoup de monde (dimanche), donc nous avons du attendre avant de pouvoir faire le tasting. J’aime qu’ils proposent le tasting de base ou le tasting « prestige », j’ai pris ce dernier et les vins étaient bons. On peut choisir parmi plusieurs vins! C’est assez expéditif par contre et on ne peut pas aller dehors avec nos verres.

We've been going to this winery for about 25 years, always a must when we are in the area. This is our first visit back since the pandemic. The winery is as beautiful as always and the wines are wonderful. I've always given it a 5 but changes in the way they do things now has lost them 1 star.
We had to pay for our tasting prior to tasting. We picked the minimum package of $15 for 4 tastes plus tax. This is no longer waived if you purchase. We went to many wineries in our 5 days in Kelowna and this was the only winery to do so. All others were paid or waived at the end of the tasting. While we did enjoy our tastings we were both annoyed with this change. We basically spent a bottle of wine to taste without receiving one. Wine tastings are a way to try before you purchase and it's good business to waive the fee when purchases are made. We don't agree with this practice. We will still enjoy the occasional bottle of Quails Gate but we certainly did not purchase the amount we usually do because we were annoyed.

Nous avons fait la dégustation avec Paulo qui a été d’une grande générosité avec nous! En plus il nous a fait la dégustation en français. L’endroit, le site , les vins tout était parfait! Nous avons été accueillis avec tellement de bienveillance. Ce fut une expérience incontournable pour nous à Kelowna. Nous avons ensuite pris le lunch au restaurant les vieilles vignes et tout était sublime! Merci pour cette belle expérience!

Absolutely fabulous dinner and a great place to explore the vineyard with young kids (6 and 2). They loved all the delicious bubbly fruit juices they could try and the setting is just gorgeous. Highly recommend!

We had dinner, the view down the lake was lovely, the service was attentive and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Canada during our visit. The wine pairings saved us struggling with our choices. Altogether a lovely evening.
