Went for the segway experience today for my sisters birthday, David was our guide for the second time and was fantastic, he was engaging and funny he gave us lots of information about the forest as we went around. The lady at the check in was lovely and helpful, we will definitely return thanks David you made our day.

What a fantastic day we had as a family. I went with the children age 6, 8 and 11.
My youngest daughter was apprehensive but was made to feel at ease by one of the lovely staff members Sam. What a great patient guy he was with her. She managed to do the whole course with his encouragement and made her feel safe. What a credit to Go Ape delamere he is. Would strongly recommend going.

Me and my children have been to many Go Apes up and down the country and let’s just say this was the worst one by far. We did the treetop challenge but nothing about it was even challenging, the height was the same as the kiddy one and we were very disappointed with the length of each section. The staff were very unfriendly to us all which felt very much like discrimination just because we’re brown and they’ve probably never seen brown people before. The couple behind reported us for being slow but the couple in front were very slow too so it was almost like a domino effect and there was nothing we could do. We will definitely not be returning back and just a heads up if you’re looking for something challenging do not come to this Go Ape unless you want to be highly disappointed like us.

We went to Go Ape today with our 10 and 4 yr old and they had the best time. The staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and know exactly how to speak to children to make them feel at ease. I would definitely recommend.

Took my two children and their two friends to the sunset session this evening using vouchers from family gifts. It was absolutely fabulous! The staff could not have been more friendly, patient, helpful and encouraging. The set up was awesome with beautiful coloured lights. It was a brilliant experience topped off by fantastic staff who were enthusiastic and so friendly, they really made it special. Our third time at a go ape and definitely the best experience so far! Thank you so much to the staff who were absolutely brilliant!

Briliant, took my 9 year old son on the childrens course, very easy, not much queueing.

Arrived late due to the fantastic M6 but lad behind counter said we could either have a shortened session or move an hour to get full experience so gave us time to visit fantastic restaurant for breakfast superb service and great food. Went back to Segways and got sorted quickly and a fantastic guide called Sam sorted us up and we had a fantastic tour around and pictures too. Brilliant from all staff many thanks each and everyone of you

Staff were rude and unhelpful. The location is not what you expect, seems to be in more of a wood then the actual forest itself. Kids were running around like a chimps tea party where the staff should be more attentive and cautious of children climbing barriers and things. Would go to a different one for definite next time.

Arrived for our 4pm booking slightly earlier so we enjoyed an ice cream from the Delamere Cafe, lovely.
Staff, as usual were so helpful and lovely. My girls were feeling a little nervous this time but the staff worked hard to ensure they were happy and confident before going on the course.
Another great day out, girls have said they will tackle Adventure + course next time ! Thanks to all staff on duty today x x

Thanks for getting in touch and for thinking of us Peter. We have three forest adventures at Go Ape Delamere. Our original Tree Top Adventure which is a 2-3 hour experience is £33 per adult aged 16+ and £25 per child aged 10-15 years. Forest Segway costs £35 per rider and our Tree Top Junior Adventure, for those over 1m tall, is £18 per person. Hope this helps and we see you in the trees soon!
