Our group of 8 booked a tour from Livorno to Florence and Pisa through CBM. Our tour guide Elisabeta was knowledgeable, spoke excellent

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your tour guide Marzia who was such a true professional. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very open to questions. She provided us with very informative answers..
She took the initiative to secure us highly sought after museum tickets to complete our jam packed day of sightseeing. We learned so much from her and we had a great time. Thank you so much Marzia!

We booked with these after I received a leaflet from 1 of their reps in santorini, there was no hard sell or anything, it was just here is a leaflet for tours have a look and then he walked on to the next person.
After I looked and compared the tours with what my cruise ship was offering I found an identical tour that was half the price that my cruise ship was offering for the same tour, so I booked with Can't be missed tours.
We booked the exclusive amalfi Coast tour, santorini, and pompeii visit. From the port in Naples.
The reps were at the port entrance with signs saying CBM, we registered with them and then we were given our tour guide.
We left the port at approx 7:45, the rep spoke very good English, only problem was the sound system was not great but we could hear her.
We went to the amalfi Coast 1st the rep gave us a detailed explanation of everything on the way there and there was stops for photograph taking of the views. Then onto sorrento where we had about 1½ hours freetime to do qhatever you want. Then it was onto Pompeii. We were supposed to get about 1½-2 hours in pompeii but there was a traffic jam on way so we only got about 1 hour 15 minutes. The guide took us to all the highlights of Pompeii and explained everything to us about what we were seeing. There was plenty of rime for questions and she answered them professionally.
Only thing I would maybe recommend is that it does say that it costs €17 each for the headsets in Pompeii this should be in the price of the tour and not an extra payment that needs to be paid for.
Also maybe because of the traffic jam on way to Pompeii, maybe do Pompeii 1st then the sight seeing last, that way you know how long you have for sight seeing and free time in Sorrento.

We booked two tours with Can't Be Missed - Civitavecchia to Rome and the Amalfi Coast out of Naples. I highly, highly recommend working with this tour company, especially if you're on a cruise with tight timelines like we were. In both cities the tours were prompt, prepared, and whisked us off to fabulous adventures leaving us to enjoy the day without a single thought about making it back to the ship on time.
In Rome our guide Petro was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and ruins, and we learned a great deal from him. We saw, in one afternoon, three day's worth of Roman attractions, and I personally was thrilled to see so much of the Eternal City on my first trip - The Forum, The Colliseum, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, etc. The Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's tours with Petro wrapped up a very busy day, but having such an amazing, intelligent, and helpful guide was beyond our wildest expectations. Our driver was also incredibly courteous and got us to all our destinations with ease and in comfort.
Our second tour out of Naples was also sublime. Our driver (I'm sorry, I forget his name!) took us down the Amalfi coast, where we were able to take in the gorgeous views and take pictures of Positano before heading back to Sorrento for a quick bite and some shopping. Absolutely charming morning. For lunch we ate pizza at a great restaurant outside of Pompeii, and our guide at Pompeii did a fantastic job taking us through the ruins and imparting a heap of knowledge on us. The ruins of Pompeii are unbelievable. Highly recommend a trip.
In all, Can't Be Missed Tours did a fabulous job organizing our tours, drivers, and guides, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to get the most out of their Italian vacation.

Hands down doubt Can’t Be Missed Tours, LLC is the by far leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. We (Traveling Texan Over 50) booked our cruise on Norwegian Cruise Lines and several of our tours through CBM in Naples, Sorrento, Amaifi Cost, Rome, Florence and Pisa. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable, very personable with a great sense of humor and an obvious passion for what he does. Petro met us Naples and we boarded a very clean, air-conditioned mini tour bus to head to Sorrento and exploring and then off to the beautiful and amazing view of the Amalfi Coast with a stop in Positano and lunch in Sorrento. Our driver was fantastic and also extremely knowledgeable. Our guides carried reference material including books to provide us with background history of the sites visited during our tour. Words to express our deepest appreciation to Petro and his team for making our first trip to Europe the most memorable of any vacation or tour!!! You are all phenomenal and we are certain you will achieve great success with your business!!!! Anyone who doesn’t choose to book with you is making a huge mistake and will miss out on a lifetime of memories!!! Note: A special thanks to Michel Massano our tour guide in Rome!!!! Her knowledge, sense of humor and going the extra mile such as getting the group together at each site for a group photo made out tour so enjoyable. On a scale of 1 to 10 the are a 20!!!!

I honestly can not recommend this company enough. We had a amazing experience in Naples with Vince and Petro who organised such a fun day to Pompeii and Sorrento.
Just a few hours was enough to show that they put their heart and soul into the trips they organise and by the end of the day, we took a part of Sorrento and Pompeii back home with us. Till date, that remains my most favourite days from our cruise trip as the whole experience in itself was wonderful. Tour guide Vince was extremely humorous and knowledgeable, his English is top notch.
100% will recommend, and 100% will book with them again.

We took tours for both Florence/Pisa and Rome. We can't say enough about these tours. All of our expectations were met. Tour guides were knowledgeable and personable.

From being met at the cruise terminal, to the gelato beside the Trevi fountain and the awe inspiring Sistine Chapel- this day was amazing! Luigi was our driver and we had the fabulous Michaela to guide the 7 of us around the city. Her 15 years of experience meant she knew the best places to visit, was very knowledgeable about Roman history and was relaxed and fun! My children and my parents all enjoyed her tour which took us to the Forum, Collosseum, Spanish steps, Pantheon, Vatican museum and all the sights along the way. (Pic is of one foot in Vatican City and other in Italy with Michaela at the front, and Luigi at the Cruise ship with his van). Would highly recommend this professional service and thank them for a great day together!

Hi! We made reservation with you for Rome and already had coliseum tickets for 9:30. Should I cancel those? Or cancel and buy at a different time? I reserved the ones for the Vatican through your site but didn’t see info on The coliseum tickets. Thank you for any info! We are very excited!

I'm looking into the Rome/Vatican tour. Do we need to buy separate tickets for the Vatican Museum or is it included? Is there a lot of walking throughout the city from place to place or are people in a bus tour throughout the city?

The Vatican Museum tickets are not included in the cost of the tour, but if you select the option to reserve them, we will purchase them for you.
The cost (26 euros per adult; 17 for children and students up to 25, with ID) is due in cash on the day of your tour.
These tickets are skip-the-line.

The trip to room states that admission tickets are extra. What sights do we need tickets for please and how much are they?
When I called they said the group can be up to 24. Did you have this and if so did you find it to many people at once?

Yes we had a larger group but there were 6 of us in our group so never really noticed the others, very well organised and friendly tour operators. They look after you and are one of the best value for money operators we came across

The tour was all day. We toured in a small air conditioned high end bus with an excellent tour guide. We went to Pompei, which included a guided tour by our very knowledgeable tour guide. the Amalfi Coast, which is stunning, the small town of Savoca, where parts of the “Godfather” were filmed, Sorrentino - so beautiful. We passed the island of Capri. On our next visit to this area we want to visit Capri. We were on a cruise with Norwegian so the bus picked us up at the port. I think the cost was 100 euros each. The bus holds about 30 people. Very nice tour. We also stopped at place to buy lemon cello.

We are a family of 4 and will be booking the NCL cruise from Civitavecchia . But we have around 12 hours from when our flight lands in Rome and the cruise departure from The Civitavecchia port . Any suggestions as to where we can go for these tentative 8 spare hours or deposit our luggage in rome and proceed for sight seeing .

I contacted CBM Tours after reading about them in Rick Steves' book. We are going to be docking in Rome on Friday, 6/9. We are 4 people who definitely want this tour, but after contacting them, they say there's nothing scheduled for that day. Since we're 1/2 of a tour already, why can't they accomodate us?

We had that situation. We actually used Cruise Critic to get up to a full 8 people (our family of 4 plus 2 other couples). To run the tour, they needed a minimum of 8. We were prepared to pay for 8 people even if we only had 4. And that would have still been MUCH less than what the cruise ship offered.
