premessa abbiamo prenotato le lezioni per 3 gg, grande disponibilità , abbiamo effettuato solo una lezione con la maestra Caterina , bravissima e simpaticissima , purtroppo mio figlio si è ammalato e abbiamo anticipato la partenza , ci hanno stornato una gg di lezione e hanno provveduto a recuperarci l'attrezzatura al deposito sci per riconsegnarla al noleggio ! servizio super efficiente e professionale, grazie Ludovica per la disponibilità

La sede della scuola (appena ristrutturata con un wine bar interno per i clienti) è proprio in centro accanto all’Hotel Alaska. Francesco il Direttore è un maestro bravissimo in grado non solo di insegnare la tecnica dello sci ma anche di creare un bel rapporto con gli allievi. Ludovica in segreteria ci ha sempre supportato con gentilezza e professionalità sia nella fase di prenotazione che di gestione delle lezioni. Offrono anche il servizio pick up dall’hotel alle piste (comodissimo a Cortina). Consigliatissima!

La Scuola Sci Dolomiti mi ha affidato a due maestri bravissimi: Federico e Stefano. Il primo giorno Federico mi ha dato ottimi consigli. Stefano nei due giorni successivi con condizioni di neve diversa è stato bravissimo e puntuale nelle spiegazioni tecniche. Mi ha spiegato le differenti modalità di sciata sulle piste lisce come tappeti di bigliardo e sulla neve fresca. Ho cercato di farne tesoro per migliorarmi nello sci.

Foi nossa primeira vez em Cortina D'ampezzo, segunda vez esquiando e nós somos iniciantes. Buscamos uma aula e o nosso hotel só encontrou disponibilidade nessa escola. O atendimento no escritório achei péssimo, a senhora que nos atendeu nos deu o horário, lugar e o whatsapp do professor para nos encontrarmos com ele no lugar e hora marcada. Como era nossa primeira vez no lugar tivemos várias perguntas sobre aluguel de equipamentos, como chegar na montanha, que foram muito mal explicadas pela senhora que estava nos atendendo (além do que depois eu entrei no site deles e lá fala que eles tem parceria e descontos pra aluguel de equipamento que ela nem se importou em nos dizer). Faltou um pouco de atenção e empatia para nos explicar os detalhes. No outro dia já bem desanimados com o atendimento, felizmente tivemos uma aula muito boa com o Francesco, que entendeu bem o nosso nível, foi super atencioso e deu uma aula que eu vi uma diferença já na terceira descida. O atendimento foi péssimo mas o professor salvou o nome da escola. Minha avaliação seria cinco pela aula, mas perde dois pontos pelo atendimento.

Great experience as a first-time skier. Stefano was our instructor and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to learn how to ski well. He provides a mix of theoretical and practical knowledge that allows you to improve your technique day after day.. his English is perfect too. definitely made the experience all the better! Was my first time ski. Many thanks to instructor Stefano. I felt confident and trusted him in all instructions what caused me a good result. After 2 lessons I was able to ski myself. Had a lot of fun and hope to come back.

This is the last option we got from our concierge, after a while we understand why... we had Walter for 2 intermediate adults. He came back without them making joke about having them lost on the slope. I thought they were coming just behind and that’s it. He left without any worries. The 2 adults got very lost and had to came back by bus and then taxi, 3 hours later by night. They had a very bad experience with the instructor who never “instructed” them but keep on going forward and forward, ending up losing them.
No sorry, no excuses, no nothing!
We complain to the owner, Annibale, he back his instructor saying we were lying... funny thing as the instructor himself acknowledge he got them lost.
Teresa, secretary or whatever at the office, insult us and also claim we were lying.
They told us that they were responsable with kids but with adults, we should manage and not get lost. I wonder why we should then hire their service if we can manage, right?
No sorries from any of them either...
Tomasso on an other hand was a great instructor with our 3 teens and have them improve their technique consistently, very nice guy!

This is a false review and it would be easy to remove it from trip advisor.We want to leave it because the reader knows that there are people like Mrs. Celine Pallancher who, in order not to pay 3 ski lessons, invent the most incredible stories like this. Walter is a excellent ski instructor and we have always had more than positive feedback on his way of teaching.Of course, if a customer disputes the technique of the Italian ski school which is among the best in the world saying that a 30-year-old ski instructor skis old-fashioned because he uses sticks, you understand why he hasn't learned anything before.These customers husband and wife with 2 children instead of following the teacher who was bringing them back to the starting point, to be precise a son who had taken another track and therefore the master had to follow him to recover him, they accused him of abandoning them on the track and finding the excuse for not paying.
They then showed up at school after several requests and days assuming a disparaging and arrogant attitude with our secretary and slamming the office door without paying.
In the end they paid a part of the bill ... These customers had already been reported by another ski school in Cortina: I think that no teacher or school will service these people in the future. We have warned them not by removing this fake review

We had lessons for a whole week with Stefano. What a great instructor! We all saw a huge improvement in our skiing by the end of the week, while he managed to balance lessons with fun and good time. He tailored the lessons based on our experience and styles which helped feel always safe and relaxed. He also took the time to show us the different ski areas including the beautiful Cristallo and Faloria. Have to mention also all people at the school who were very helpful and nice. Thank you!

Our children are both beginners (13yr old has skied when she was 6 but not since and the 5yr old has had some lessons). Do you have provision for child beginners? Also, do the instructors speak English? Please could you let me know the cost for a weeks tuition.
