I got a brochure in my Selva hotel, but Look at OpenMove. (I have deleted three letters here after the . starting with c ending with m) To drive your car over the Sella Pass between 8.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. you need to register your car in the app called OpenMove that you need to download from AppStore or Android. I think I had to create a profile with name etc. You then search Sella Pass among several tickets available. You tell from where you want to go and to where. Sella Pass is for free, and decide a time slot you want to enter the pass. You register your registration plate number for an available time slot, and to us all time slots were available. I think it says you can enter your registration the day you want to go or for the following day. You then immediately get a ticket like a QR code on your screen, take a screen shot that you need to show when you enter the pass within your hourly time slot. There are control posts on each side of the pass. You can exit the mountain area any time you like, which means the ticket is only to enter. It felt like they are trying out this registration system and it is to avoid congestion of cars going into the mountain area. They did not seem very strict on the control posts. Yet
