I visited Domaine Zinck with my wine tour group of 5 ladies on 02.11.2019 and were delighted to find that we would be shown around the winery by Philippe Zinck himself!
We were treated to a visit to the cellar where we saw the wines that had ljust been harvested busy fermenting in their vats and oak barrels. Philippe talked to the group making sure that everyone understood the complexities of growing, harvesting and creating his wonderful wines.
We then moved through to the tasting room where my group of ladies were treated to a delightful tasting of his wines. The ladies thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and bought several of the wines that they tasted.
This was the winery that my tour group thought had the best selection of wines, the homely, family atmosphere of a small winery and the most informative.
I highly recommend that if you are in Eguisheim you should make your way to this winery and sample the beautiful wines from this family owned boutique winery.

This is a relaxed tasting of some very good wines and an informative presentation on the terroir and the way it affects the wine. Recommended.

Seconda cantina visitata nella giornata a Eguisheim. Molto più piccola ma piú intima rispetto alla prima. Trovato ad accoglierci una gentilissima ragazza di origine asiatica che si districava tra clienti giapponesi,francesi ed italiani passando da giopponese, inglese e francese sempre sorridente e pronta a spiegare lo spiegabile. Complimenti. Buona carta dei vini, quantità in linea con le altre cantine del posto.

Accueil très sympathique. Visite de la cave, dégustation d’une grande partie de la gamme des vins. Un moment très convivial et intéressant grâce aux nombreuses explications de Philippe Zinck. Vins de grande qualité. A ne pas rater à Eguisheim !

Belle dégustation de vins avec commentaires du vigneron. Monsieur Zinck propose l'ensemble des cépages alsaciens avec 2 gammes: une gamme "portrait" de vins accessibles à la fois en prix et en plaisir gustatif et une gamme "terroir" de vins plus complexes issus de ses meilleurs terroirs aux prix plus élevés mais justifiés par leur qualité. A noter le pinot noir vinifié comme un bourgogne et de très belle facture !

Reçu par M ZINCK, notre visite a durée une bonne heure. Visite des chais, explication sur la production, les vendanges, le pressoir, l'élevage, la mise en bouteille, les crus
Après ce tour d'horizon d'un passionné de la vigne, direction le caveau de dégustation ou une très sympathique bi-lingue voire plus, nous a permis de découvrir toutes les subtilités du vin d'Alsace. Bravo à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons vous voir, car vos vins sont excellents et votre savoir faire et savoir recevoir unique.

After Looking around for quite a while we found this place where the responsible girl was really open and nice. We received a complete explanation about the different types of wines produced by the house and were able to taste those we preferred. We found a type of white wine we hadn't tasted before that we really liked, although we're more red wine 🍷 oriented....
Prices are not the cheapest but for the quality and service it was definitely a good deal.

Bon accueil mais la personne en charge était manifestement un stagiaire qui n'avait absolument aucune connaissance en vins et ne savait même pas ouvrir les bouteilles (on l'a fait pour lui...). Bons vins mais un peu chers par rapport à d'autres domaines et grands crus... Malgré cela, on a quand même acheté du vin ! :-)
