Please please please don't buy your tickets for the bus train or tram we got sold tickets in here and were unable to use them inside pairs like they said they would. We asked for a pass to use on the transport there so we got sold a ticket for €33.20 each we were told we could use the on all transport in and around Paris when we come go use it would go into the machine/barrier and come up with a red X. We would then have to wait for assistant for up to 30 minutes in the station sometimes someone didn't even attend so we were stuck. So we would have to pay to get through even though we'd paid for these tickets, we spent over €100 euro extra because these tickets didn't work. We took the back the shop on our way home we sat in the shop for over 3 and half hours for this to try and be sorted out, two women who were from head office turned up an basically said we'd used the tickets when we hadn't why would be pay extra if we had? They took our details and said they'd be in touch we've had a email saying they ain't refunding us so please buy your tickets in the train station and not here.

Je ne parle pas du point tourisme. Bien évidemment. Je parle juste de la salle fumeur quand on arrive au terminal 2E. Je viens de Francfort c’est propre c’est nickel y compris la salle fumeur. On arrive à Roissy c’est un taudis et c’est sale.

This desk is a little hard to find, but once there you can get good information of transport into the city, a map and some info on places to sleep.

Essayez donc de brancher vos appareils sur une prise au niveau des sièges !!!! Cela ne fonctionne pas ….. quand c’est cassé il faut réparer !!!!! Indigne d’un aéroport international.

Le terminale est moderne, propre, le personnel est agréable, souriant et compétent. L'enregistrement est très rapide grâce aux outils électroniques disponibles. Les restaurants proposent des fournitures alimentaires acceptable POUR un aéroport bien que le prix est Très CHER.

飛行機の遅延で当日出発できなかった時にこちらに寄ってみました。空港ホテルの情報など、親切に対応してもらえて助かりました。ツアーでの旅行と違って個人旅行は全部自分でやらないといけないので色々教えていただけてよかったです。

The person who manned the information desk at CDG Terminal 2E took the time to go over every aspect of our arrival with accurate information about Metro and Paris Museum passes, location of the car rental desk and finding our way to the proper exit to meet our shuttle bus.

Came out of Terminal 2A and need to find Terminal 3. They informed me well on direction and how far walk to the train. Very helpful in this hugh Terminal 2 airport.

I arrived at the CDG airport today, I had purchased a transfer from the airport to my hotel from aviator.
My confirmation had a phone number, but when I called I couldn’t understand what they were saying.
I went to the Tourist Information desk and asked for help. Luckily, a wonderful gentleman, Fabian, helped me. He called the number, talked with them and told me to wait in a certain spot, they said the driver would come in and he wanted to be able to find me.
No one came, but he called them eight times, checked on me about six times and recommended that I take a cab.
Later, it appears that the company canceled my ride, while I was waiting and refunded my payment.
I don’t know what I would have done without his help.
What a wonderful young man and what wonderful service. Thank you.

Is there a pet relief area in the airport?
Please indicate what terminal please. And if there isn’t why not? Seems so unlike the French since they love the pooches so much and treat them so kindly!

Is there any short bus tours to see Paris from/to CDG airport? Staying in Sheraton but have few hours to spend in city.

I m not aware of bus tours but you can buy 2way metro @€20 so it s advisable to buy day trip at €23.
The desk will be able to advise you on bus tours.
