Ich komme schon seit Mitte sechziger Jahre nach Hessen und insbesondere nach Braunfels, Wetzlar, Gießen usw,kenne mich also gut aus, aber lerne trotzdem immer wieder etwas dazu in Sache Geschichte, mit eine Stadt Führung von der Tourist Information Braunfels, hab eine Stunde geplaudert mit ein Gastfrau in der Information sehr schön und gemütlich, und auch sehr gut beraten und schöne Geschenke gibt's es auch

One of the most helpful info offices we have come across. Many free brochures for exploring the town and castle plus recommendations for lunch and operating hours of the local establishments. Great starting point.

Hello, it is Carolyn & Michael W. from Temple, TX, USA. Carolyn was born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas and lived there for 53 years. We will be visiting the Braunfels area during our trip to Germany and Austria in September. We would like to purchase English tour tickets ahead to tour the Schloss-Braunfels castle. Could someone assist us with this. We will be coming to that area on a Saturday from Bodenwerder and Sunday would be the best day for the tour. Thank you C.J.W.
