Such a great place for kids. Very clean, and modern looking facility. Plenty of spaces for younger and older kids. Seperate Under 8s jumping area which was fenced off. And laser tag arena looks awesome

My kids had a fantastic Flip Out Party! Wow! Amazing party rooms, tramps, air con. Great cafe! 10/10! Staff very friendly, plenty of toilets. A mothers room. We can’t wait to come back. Kids are very excited for laser tag!

brought my granddaughter here, there was a wonderful safe area for younger kids that was gated off with seating. we spent most of the time in here and she had a great time.

Brought my kids to a party here, the service was amazing and the pizza was great. the layout was very spacious. the coffees at the cafe were delicious as well. will definitely be coming back!

Took my grand daughter to flip out in the school holidays. Very crowded as you would expect, but she seemed to have a good time. Children attending ranged in ages from very young to very old teenagers. Staff were mainly teenagers, but handled themselves well.

Lots of fun for kids. Upstairs area with cafe has a great view of the kids playing. Workers were friendly and helpful to all of us.

This place REALLY needs someone over the age of 18 managing the facility!
When we attended on a Friday at 4:30pm there were about 5 staff on, all appeared to be teenagers, and a Massive queue/wait at the entrance because only 1 young person was there to manage a number of large group bookings. As we waited (almost 15 minutes), the person left the reception area twice for long period of time. When we finally paid and got in, we went to the cafe and found it unattended entirely for the first 40 minutes of our 1 hour session.
In the meantime, The staff on the floor chatted together and attended to their phones frequently.
SO POORLY RUN!!
They need at least 2 adults running the front counter at all times, and someone in the cafe full time.

It was very busy day having my son's bday. They are so in short of employees. But every single individual who was working there was an amazing person doing his best to support customers!! I hope their management kniw their values!! Well done guys and keep up your great job!! :)

Tonight we were invited to a birthday party in flip out castle hill, the party host name Ricky was a very rude boy, I could see his bad attitude with adults but what he did with my son really pissed me off, he is not allowed to grab a child’s hand and pull him out of trampoline rudely. Flip out management please train your staff how to behave with customers specially with children. Thank you
