While the setting was good, the experience was on a whole… unsafe. Staff didn’t check our belaying technique despite it being our first time there. They seemingly ignored very unsafe belaying from other customers which endangered themselves and others. I even injured myself bouldering by falling and landing in a tear in the mat, although I didn’t report this because it was too hard to get the staffs attention away from their phones or each other. The whole experience left me on edge (pun intended) worrying about the safety of other people.

The staff had no idea of my needs and although its a simple place with what it is, it’s outdated with the times of what it offers

Very reasonable cost for an unlimited time of fun.
Lots of climbing ropes of varying difficulty. And one automatic rope.
1 cave to climb through for the little kids though some parents managed to squeeze through probably checking it out before the kids. Another more difficult labyrinth for the older kids to go through. Its totally dark and has obstacles through it.
Another lower area to climb without the harness and the kids can jump down onto soft cushion mats.
There is a very small sitting area with tables & chairs for parents to chill. They have a small selection of drinks and ice creams.

I have been here a few times with the kids over the last few months. Its a really friendly indoor climbing place, with nice, laid back staff. There are a couple of tunnels for kids to crawl through (one really twisty and narrow) - they sell glow sticks if you want, or use a phone, or, enjoy the total dark!
The climbing walls have a wide range of difficulties in the routes so appropriate for all difficulty levels.
Especially nice for me is they have 3 self-belaying routes which I can use as I don't have a belaying partner. However it is worth noting they are quite challenging routes so for a complete novice they would be frustrating.
They can be annoyingly busy during the school holidays if they have a vacation care group in (about 2-3 times a week for 2-3 hours), but they are happy to tell you in advance when those are likely to happen so you can avoid those times.
A thoroughly recommended parent/child activity - or two adults belaying each other.

Kids birthday party, 10 years old. They all loved it. Something different from the normal kids party's. In fact all the parents got involved as well. Great experience, very entertaining, music pumping. 2.5 hrs went very quick. They ordered in Pizza hut pizza, which was a bit tacky but the climbing experience itself was great.

A little busy so not a lot of room to move around but the staff were very friendly and helpful when my 7 yer old niece panicked at the top of a climb and had to be helped down. Good value for money especially with the Scoopon deal.

Climb until you cannot climb no more..!! A great activity for all the family, situated in Castle Hill. A cheap way to challenge and entertain your kids, and even yourself, for a few hours. Great exercise as well. You will be given suitable instruction on how to harness up and use the ropes. The place is full of different walls to climb and conquer..
I would recommend this in line with similar exercise/activity centres like Flip Out etc.
There are food and drink options there as well. Take a look at their website first to get an idea of inside layout and what your experience will be.
I thoroughly recommend this place, especially teenagers looking to expend a bit of energy and stress..!!
