This attraction is closed and not expected to open again according to the locals present.
Looks rundown and abandoned.

IN a beautiful town like Portrush, permission was clearly given by who knows who to plonk this eyesore in front of homes which once had uninterrupted sea views to the old harbour...and the Ramore Head now has this lego like series of green sea containers and massive great pipes dumped in a place of beauty. HOW ON EARTH CAN THAT HAPPEN? ..and ...to make matters worse Water World looks closed and derelict.

Kids loved it but changing rooms were not clean toilets were all wet no where to put make up bag down to do your makeup after wards, would be so easy for them to put a shelf up below hair dryers with mirror to help with hair brushes and make up. Pool was warm and kids had a ball

A good day out for the family when the weather isn't so charming outside. Could do with a spruce up, such as a cafe, cleaner changing rooms etc? Kids enjoyed it though, slides are great!

took 2 grandchildren aged 12 and 13 and they were fine initially. They said the slide wasn't really up to much and they got bored after about 45 minutes. Luckily it wasn't too expensive

Went at 11am on a weekday morning during summer holidays. Queue in reception but they worked very quickly. Changing rooms weren't good....most lockers taken and those that were left had broken pins, so there was no way to attach them to swimsuit. Toilets were wet and not very clean, no soap in dispensers. Hardly any room to change as the place was so crowded. Four or five communal showers in a tiny space.
The pool itself had a lot of entertainment for our kids aged 3-10. It is showing it's age and looks quite dated when compared to other water playparks in Northern Ireland such as Bangor Aurora.
A lot of lifeguards about which is good and reassuring.
Some dirty plasters lying on floor which is always offputting.
Kids didn't want to leave the pool.

We drove 3 hours to go here when we visited Portrush and this is what we were greeted with. Nothing on their webpage or Facebook page. Really irritating

Went today with my family of five. Has not changed much since I went as a child. Slides were excellent and my children, aged 10, 7 and 2 loved it and were never bored with all the activities. The council need to invest some money into this and modernise it.

Alot of disappointed children sunday 7th may on website open came up from Derry to say closed won't be back agen unreliable!!!!
