A day with Gary is always fun and a great experience in a relaxed atmosphere. He's great at teaching, explaining making you feel at ease. His skills in the kitchen and stories are a very admirable and interesting. The hands on approach and way he walks you through each step make it suitable to everyone from the novice to the experienced
Flavour Academy has a motto of making things simple and with ingredients that are readily available. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone and everyone. I've been several times and look forward to the next visit.
