Yes definitely! We have Activity Rooms with colouring, story books and dressing up clothes as well as regular events for preschoolers. We are reopening newly restored galleries on Friday this week where the collections have been represented too with some objects deliberately placed at a child's eye height.

Hello Sue, I can confirm we are fully accessible via ramps and a lift between floors. We can also loan wheelchairs on request & will happily accommodate special requirements where possible with some notice. There is ample parking outside the main entrance also. Hello Hilary. We have a lovely exhibition on at the moment called Picturing Venice. It features works by artists including JMW Turner, Walter Sickert and Frank Brangwyn, and explores the influence of Venice on British art and culture. The exhibition also presents a selection of photographs of the ‘City of Water’ taken by pioneering photographer Carlo Ponti, who moved to Venice in 1852 and opened a shop selling photographic souvenirs to tourists. We are open daily from 10am to 5pm and the exhibition is open until 27 September 2015
