Staff were lovely, the photos came out amazing., my phone camera of course doesn't do them justice. Will likely visit again :)

My visit to the Birds of Prey Instructive Centre was exciting and instructive, before visiting this place I learn about this place an online educational site
s It was an exceptional chance to learn more about raptors, observe their typical behaviours, and get a deeper understanding of their significance to the ecosystem. The centre is a must-visit location for nature enthusiasts, animal lovers, and anybody looking for a memorable and instructive experience because of the staff's commitment and enthusiasm.

Sam and Tina have a brilliant setup in trabolgan,it's very educational and you can see they love their family of birds.i visited 3 of the 6 days I was there,its a lovely experience do not miss it .Be sure to get your photo done it's a nice touch...

My family stayed in Trabolgan 1st weekend of September. We were delighted to find that birds of prey cebtre was onsite.
We paid once and could enter for the whole weekend. So many magnificent owls, and yiu cab see how well cared for they are.
My smallest daughter was eager to gold one so she did and got a photo with Lucy the owl the older daughter held fudge. Sam and all the staff there were extremely helpful anf friendly from upon first entering the centre.
We had gotten photos taken on Sunday again and was leaving that day after being there since Friday. Our photos were posted and arrived on Monday. Such a great experience from start to finish for all adults and children. Also have a lovely gift shop with Harry Potter merchandise and potions.
Highly recommend everyone go and visit.

Sam and all the ladies in birds of prey were so welcome and full of information. Had a lovely family trip and my son got a picture holding one of the owls which absolutely made his trip. Highly recommend to animal enthusiasts

What a place. My wife and I just back from our honeymoon.. we visit the centre nearly everyday and spent hours there with the bird learning and admiring them.. The staff are so nice and so welcoming.. I would recommend this place to anyone. We are going back for Halloween break with the kids and really looking forward to it.

Sam does such an amazing job of looking after all these beautiful birds. My daughter loved holding Oscar. It really was an experience and such great value for money. Kept really clean. We really learned a lot about many different types of owls.

We are return visitors with our 2 children who are now ages 8 and 10 from 2017 with proud framed pictures in our hall from that time & now wished to get updated pics of which we did. The experience was just as good if not better & our children as we were just as happy with this event. The owls are beautiful & captivating & I believe one of the best parts of Trabalgan. The ladies who work here all seem to take such a keen interest in their jobs & work to ensure everyone has a great time which is so important & my girls bought goodies from the shop for which I was delighted went to the upkeep of the owls. X

Incredible experience! Beautiful birds and you can tell that the two women we spoke to, live for the birds! Gutted I didn’t get their names so I’ll use hair length 🤣 long haired woman was lovely! Really good to my son! The short haired woman was so nice to talk to! Could have stayed there all day listening to her talk so passionately about the birds and looking at her photos of birds that she has raised, and her 4 cats! 🤣 you could tell that it’s not just a job for them and it was lovely to see and hear! The birds are well looked after and absolutely gorgeous to look at. My son got his photo taken with Whisper, if you don’t know who she is, go visit and have a look! They have big and small birds! If you have small kids, Agnes would be good but if you have older kids and they’re brave, Oscar is the big boy! All in all, I would highly recommend a trip down!

Can you visit the birds of prey Centre independently of Trabolgan?

We are based on the grounds of Trabolgan Holiday Villiage, a fee to come on site applies ( check with Trabolgan or grabone offers for price) entrance into centre is €12 for a family of 4. Thank you.

Hello, yes we are, from 10 until 1 pm. Half days Monday and Fridays as it's those days residents check in/out of the Holiday Village.
