Most people spend 10-15 minutes around the cathedral as there's so much detail inside Outside the views are stunning Hope to see you soon

There is a local historian who gives walking tours around cobh but im not sure if they take you inside the church itself but im sure they would answer any questions you may have.

This was absolutely our favorite of the cathedrals in Ireland and we couldn't more highly recommend that you visit. We knew nothing about an entry fee and alas there is none so there should be no problem in visiting. If at all possible try to go when you know there is some kind of service because the acoustics are phenomenal. We were extremely fortunate to arrive while a wedding was going on and it was glorious, the singing from the choir loft was like angels reining down with heavenly anthems. We had a rent a car so we parked down the hill and walked up but I am sure you will have easy access from anyone and even a taxi can shuttle you there for less than 15 Euros for 3 people from downtown Cork. The drive is beautiful and to walk along the waterway to the south of the cathedral and to tour the museum of the Titanic is also something you should not miss. Have a fabulous time we did, Ireland is a gorgeous country and the locals love the Americans remember to be polite as we noticed many Americans were demanding, we want to leave them with good memories of us and welcome us back.
