We bought a ticket on board and caught a bus from Donegal Tourist Office to Letterkenny Bus Station, changed buses there (it was easy, it was waiting for passengers, as planned) then travelled the 20 miles on bus to Arnolds Hotel. The bus dropped us outside the hotel and the owner came to greet us !! Customer service is outstanding. Just cannot recall the name of the bus company but if you call the hotel reception, they are very knowledgeable and most helpful and will be able to answer that question for you.............or........we also found bus times on line and at the Tourist Information office. I went into the Tourist Info office at Dublin airport and gathered info there re. buses and tickets............all much easier than I thought. Everyone, everywhere is friendly and helpful.
