Don’t bother with the cafe.

Read title. Basic food that you literally wait 45 mins for. Time to go home by the time you finish eating. Soft play ok - outdoors area would be better in the summer.

Working here as a glitter tattoo artist 👩‍🎨 in the forest soft play area for a birthday party 🥳. Welcoming staff. Shop was great too as my nephew is dinosaur 🦖 crazy and picked up his birthday gifts at a great price.
It was January eve so I couldn’t really see the animals but it looked fab what I could see and interactive for the kids.

not suitable when weather is bad

visited with my 8 month old grandson, miserable place, animals look unhappy and even the camel had nowhere dry to walk, indoor aquarium non existent, no ball pit and indoor sand looked grubby, even Christmas displays were still there
they say they are moving, this needs to be done asap or shut whole thing, only chose here as Cotswold farm park was closed

Variety of animals & things to do

We spent a good few hours here with an 11 & nearly 3 year old. We had seen the Christmas event on FB so thought we would try the place out before we head back to work for the beginning of the year. We booked online, no issue with ticket price, if anything it was a bargain as tickets were buy one get one half price. The place did get busier after lunch and into the afternoon but there is so much space it never felt too busy anywhere.
Animals look well cared for and happy which is all you can ask for when it comes to wild animals. Lots of things to do throughout the day. We went on the dino train which was narrated and good fun.
There are so many play areas, some a tad wet in this weather so we will come back in the drier weather for sure. We didn’t use the soft play but it looked fun.
Only reason I haven’t given it a 5 star is some areas are starting to look a little tired but it wouldn’t stop me visiting again and lots of the areas look new and recently refurbished. I’m also sure when the sun is shining you could spend all day here, if we were more local I’d invest in an annual pass.

Excellent Christmas Day Out

We have visited All Things Wild a couple of times previously and decided to come back for the Christmas Adventure. We had a wonderful day out! There is so much to do, we spent time in the Softplay, looked at all the animals, which both our 5 year old and under 2 year old loved! Our favourite parts this time round were the goat walk through and the beavers. We yet again had a full day out, the place is never too busy so we could grab a coffee regularly throughout the day and have lunch when we were ready. The Christmas Experience was so lovely. Father Christmas really engaged with our little boy and he absolutely loved it. The selection of presents were great too, so much to choose from. In addition to meeting Father Christmas, we decorated gingerbread men, toasted marshmallows and sat with the elves to write letters to Father Christmas and post them. I would highly recommend a visit! And wish we lived closer, we’d be there every week!

Awesome Zoo, with lots to see and do!

Such a wonderful experience! We arrived for the Christmas special. The staff were incredible and made mine and my daughters time here awesome!
The zoo is clean, tidy and the animals are really well cared for!
It wasn't crowded and not only were we happy and smiling, but others were too!

The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Really magical and special!

Great day out for families, young and old.

This is a wonderful place. So much to do and see and a proper 'day out'. You can spend all day here especially when the sun is shining. Many lovely animals to see and they are all well cared for. The education side is great and you can learn a lot too. The dino trail is great with huge models, you can walk it and/or take the tractor ride. Plenty of parks and play areas for the children, the park could do with more benches around though. The staff seem friendly and even when busy the park never feels too crowded. Plenty of places to have quiet and peaceful moments. The soft play is a great place to end the day.

There is a cafe serving a small selection of hot food, and sandwiches or you can take your own picnic.

Would be great to be able to buy an activity trail pack, or quiz, to keep the children motivated to look at all the parts of the park.

Take wellies in the wetter weather, almost all of the park is wheelchair accessible and buggy friendly.

We love the reptile room and wish it was bigger. It's always the first and last stop for us.

Not many animals

Many of the enclosures were empty, the grounds looked tatty and unkept. The water in the beaver pool was disgusting and the meerkat enclosure was very overgrown. We were very disappointed with all of the animals, of which there were few, except for the two zebras who were outside feeding.
Two different toilets which I used were dirty, no soap and no means of drying my hands.
The saving grace of the day were the children’s play areas, especially The Meadow which were very much enjoyed by the children.
