Like the all Lookout trails in Newfoundland this one offers beautiful views. Well worth some climbing, which is most on stairs.

We spent several hours and different days visiting this fantastic lookout trail in La Scie, NL. The scenery is beautiful and we saw whales several times jumping and swimming close to the mountains/shore. The trail is easy and goes to several lookouts. You can drive all the way up to the top. Don't be discouraged that it is a gravel road, because it is definitely driveable. And the views from the top are incredible. The sunsets are amazing up there as well!

End of the bad road but worth it when you get there. Well tended area that local folks take some real pride in. This was the end of our exploration of the Baie Verte peninsula and fitting because we cou;ldn't go any further.

We loved this beautiful trail. The views overlooking the ocean are spectacular. Lots to explore. Stay at the Island Cove campsite for a wonderful camping experience.

Amazing scenery and viewpoints along this well groomed trail. Easy to walk, and leads into other trails in La Scie. We also ate lots of wild blueberries, which were in abundance.

We walked up Lookout trail this morning and had a beautiful view of 2 icebergs as well as the harbour. Took lots of great pictures.

La Scie has the trail with Adventures.You can walk these trails and climb the steps to a high outlook. It offers a coastline view of the community and shoreline. The is a lot to view and admire. You can also choose just to sit on a bench and listen to the sounds of the sea..

Great walk, right in town. Beautiful place to watch the sea and the boats. A bit steep, but well groomed with stairs in spots.
