Une retraite d'ame, corps et esprit
เดินทางคนเดียว
Un bijou dans une belle ferme d'olives. Cours de self defense, arts martiaux internes, nutrition equilibree, et jardin de plantes medicinales, j'ai appris de nouvelles methodes de meditation et la voie soufi semble etre un chemin vrai. Merci a la famille koom pour leur intentions et un savoir si precieux.

Very nice place with a great atmosphere
Good coaching techniques and beautiful surroundings
I did some organic vegetables gardening and could see them grow
I liked the peace I could feel there
Will be back soon for another retreat
For more boxing running eating and breathing !

Fantastic training with Hicham
Hicham is a great coach. Patient and humble but with a knack for assessing your abilities and pushing you just that little bit further. As well as being a honourable guy, he is an awesome martial artist who studied with the Shaolin monks in China, so he really knows his stuff. The facilities are great; early morning runs through olive groves, sunset training on the expansive rooftops against the backdrop of the mountains, under the shaded arbours during the heat of the day and even in the spring water pool. I've studied several martial arts and hold a black belt in ITF TKD but still learnt a lot of new techniques in my 9 days with Cham. I left feeling fit, focused and fired up. Highlights for me were Sanda, power training and Xing Yi under the water torrent in the ppol - felt ten foot tall after that. Thank you Cham and everyone who made my stay so memorable - I'll be back!

مكان يهدئ النفوس ويجعلك تتأمل في خلق الله.❤ رحلة من الشمال الى جنوب الوسط المغرب. هنا اكتشفت اروع شيفو هشام في العالم بمتيازاته العلمية في فنون الحرب الداخلية والخارجية في تجربتي مع عالم الرياضة تعلمت تقنيات جميلة للدفاع عن الفس منها الحركات التي أحببت هي التايتشي و شيكونك ،وحركات للمساج والاسترخاء.وبالنسبة للنظام الغدائى الصحي وجبات الاكل المتوازنة كل خمس ساعات ليس في كل وقت وحين، ومعه حاولت الإلتزام بالوقت و هذا ويشجع على إحترام المواعيد والنشاطات التي نمارسها في حياتنا اليومية ، وجلسات التأمل في الطبيعة
