Ma expérience chez Delphine et Giland été magnifique. Ils sont une famille très spéciale, ils m'ont fait sentir comme faisant partie de la famille. C'est famille n'a pas de comparaison jái beaucoup de bons souvenirs dans cette expérience. Ils produit un excellent vine.

What an awesome experience. We made a booking for a group of 14 people (all friends weekend for Wines Tastings in the region) with Allegria for wine tasting and picnic. What we had in return were three amazing hours with this family who hosted us like friends in great surrounding, a fantastic organic lunch with soups, cheeses, breads, exquisite salads and of course some amazing wines throughout (Red, Rose and White).
We would have no hesitation of sending all our friends and contacts to Delphine and Ghislain and recommend them very highly . We wish them every success and are delighted to have a couple of boxes of their wine at home till the next visit :)

We were invited by some friends to enjoy a picnic tour at this winery and we were surprised by the fantastic hosts and their kids and dogs,....what a nice family!
The food was yummy, so were the wines. The setting is beautiful...so if you are in the area, do not miss it. Thanks again to the hosts.

Quel plaisir que de retrouver Delphine et Ghislain pour ce week-end entre amis.
Nous avons eu le privilège de pouvoir être accueillis et élaborer avec eux une cuvée spéciale.
Initiation, dégustation, assemblage jusqu'à l'élaboration de l'étiquette... le tout accompagnés de vrais professionnels!
Delphine et Ghislain ont vraiment contribué à aiguiser nos papilles... du verre à l'assiette.
Merci à eux!

This was our first wine stop in pezenas and we weren't disappointed at all! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived without booking (which is recommended) but she took us in, gave us a great tasting experience and we left with some quality wine!

Nous avons vécu une expérience originale "Vin Gourmet Odissey" : nous avons adopté 6 pieds de vigne pour une année dans le domaine ce qui nous donne droit à une journée active dans le vignoble (debourgeonnage et palissage) et une dégustation des vins de la propriété avant de recevoir 6 bouteilles du cru 2016... dans 2 ans. Très bon accueil par la famille D'Aboville au complet avec une présentation très pédagogique par le propriétaire. Le repas était peut-être un peu léger pour les gros appétits mais nous sommes repartis satisfaits, avec quelques bouteilles achetées sur place, ce qui nous permettra de patienter d'ici la livraison de notre cru.

This place is absolutely amazing. Built very carefully into the French Countryside beautiful and subtle -- just like the wine they make. The hosts are a brilliant family who know their wine and their food. Make sure to take a BBQ in the vineyard.

Vi hade bokat ett besök på Allegria blev mottagna. Frun i huset tog hand om oss och berättade hur man byggt upp vingården och lärt sig framställa vin med viss hjälp av en vinmakare.
Besöket avslutades med en enkel och bra vinprovningen tyvärr var deras mest framgångsrika vin Rosen slut det hade varit intressant att prova.

Born out of the ashes of volcanic soil, overlooking land and sea, sits near a small biological vinard just waiting to be discovered.
We were here with a group and were treated to an evening of wine tasting mix with home made food to discover the variants between the different textures and flavors of wine, which was right inside where they produce bio wines, right between the vats and barrels of 2014 wines!
Owners are passionate about everything they do, wine, food and their wonderful 5 children's!
Located a few kilometers from Pézenas, easy drive though a region of France we did not know much about. Under an extreme weather warning system that flooded much of the region that weekend, we somehow had one day of sunshine (as my wife would say, prayer works...)
We bought some wine and had some delivered to our home in Switzerland, some was taken right there and then.
I am not into heavy red wine, but the technique of adding sulfur at bottling time changes the taste all together. Very surprising. It is a small production, so they were already out of Rosé, which was sad for me, as I had some at the hotel we were staying at and it was as good or even better than wines from St-Tropez or Bandol.
Owners will walk with you in the vines and explain (with passion) the art of making wine differently.
Worth a visit!!!
