I was lucky enough to have this given as a gift and what a treat it was. Joy made us feel so welcome on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our day from start to finish, the massage was bliss and the cream tea was delicious. This place is a little gem of a place and i will happily book again. Thank you so much for a much needed relaxing afternoon xx

3rd time lucky due to Covid restrictions and I wasn’t disappointed, this little haven was stunning so relaxing and peaceful nothing was too much trouble at all we spent 5 hours there on Friday having received a gift from a friend and we left feeling so revived, the hot tub was lovely especially with a glass of fizz , the massage was nothing like I expected but was the best massage I’ve had to date , the cream tea was just perfect , the small attention to details at this place really do make it special highly recommended and will most definitely return again x

I've spent a wonderful afternoon with my mum at New Hall Therapies this afternoon. Joy made everything extra special - the hot tub was wonderful, even though it was chilly outside, lovely relaxing treatments, and a fantastic cream tea afterwards - all in all a wonderfully tranquil setting. Can't recommend highly enough.

The most tranquil peaceful.setting. Joy adds to this ambience with her her professional yet calming demeanour. The best massage I've ever had (and the best scones!!!) Thankyou. X

A post lockdown return trip to this lovely little spa, this time on a mother and daughter trip everything was amazing from the information before we arrived to us going home at the end of our spa afternoon. Everything was Covid secure, well thought out additions since my last visit enhanced the experience. Hot tub time, back massage and cream tea, all in a beautiful environment. So good we have booked our return trip before we left.

Three of us came here for some relaxation and got to say we definitely relaxed. A beautiful setting and with the hot tub lovely views to look at. We each had a massage and it was great I have to say it’s the comfiest massage bed ever! Food and drinks were spot on too... would highly recommend and would definitely return

Wow, mind blown..... my partner organised a "Festive Glow" treatment and as this was my very first treatment ever, I was simply blown away with the first class treatment.
Even though the evening was cold and windy, my partner and I had a lovely relaxing time in the hot tub.
The little touches really made us feel overwhelmed, so a huge thank you Joy for a wonderful evening.
Do not miss this place, well worth a trip.

I booked with Joy for a luxury facial on Thursday 14/11/19 and had to leave her a first class review. We had a bit of a drive to get to her but it was well worth it. I felt totally pampered, my skin felt completely nourished and I know for certain that I will be back. It was definitely the best facial that I've had.

Me and my mum visited for the afternoon and absolutely loved our time here! Joy is so lovely and welcoming, the treatment area is beautiful with amazing scenery and the food is gorgeous. We both can’t recommend Newhall and Joy highly enough. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you Joy.
