I had a wonderful time here with my parents. We did the Central Favourite package and the service and massage experience was very satisfactory. I am going to Batam again at the end of April and intend to come back here for another Massage! Many thanks to the great service and I highly recommend coming here

It must be the warm lighting, those gentle smiles; the welcoming voices; those tender loving touches and the prayers' clasping hands with heads bowing low in humbleness to welcome us that touches our hearts.
And then it happened, our hearts fell in love with a Spa.
We returned in kind with warm smiles, clasping prayers' hands and thankfulness to receive their exceptional skillful services.
Mindful that we have make a late appointment and the therapists have to work late to complete our three hours packages which included aromatherapy, body scrubs, acupressure and facial treatments divided between me and Eliz, we leave them with hefty tips of around 20% of our total massage bills.
We took turns to give the tips personally to each of our therapists who have given their best to give us an expectational spa treatment experience desipte having a long tiring day.
Special thanks and deep appreciation from us to Geofani and Desi who leaves us a 'Wow' massage experience.
They have inked their names in us whenever we visit Spa Centre - Nagoya.again.
Excellent jobs 👍 ladies.

Beware friends, you may lose your hearts to them just as they took ours away.

Lovely. Good fr the moment I booked online. Staff watsap me for confirmation and arrange pick up fr the hotel. Driver, staff and massage therapist are all very polite and efficient. Place is big and clean. Lots of treatments to choose, can spend 1 whole day here.

As a frequent patron of massage and spa parlours in Batam, Spa Central Batam (Nagoya) is one of the best places to receive holistic wellness massage (like you can literally get every spa done from head to toe in Spa Central Batam Nagoya). I frequent this place almost weekly and will continue to do so! Super nice welcome drink and really fast in response too!

Very good.
The only cons- I booked thru WhatsApp, when I reach there they cannot find my bookings till I show them my WhatsApp booking. Other than that, all is great

My friends and I had an extremely pleasant experience! We had the hot stone and aromatherapy massage and regret not going for the 2 hours sessions.
The staff were really friendly and the place is very clean and pleasant. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Made reservations using watsapp for my massage session. Arrived and had a foot scrub and proceeded to the room. Very good massage experience at Nagoya outlet. Geofani was very attentive and the pressure was just right. Felt relax and fell asleep in less than 10mins! Both my mum were full of praises with their masseuse too! I regret not doing a 90mins massage after my 60mins session!

My partner and I had the best time here. Best couple spa I've been too. The massage board is a little hard to lie on but the massage therapist was awesome. From the washing of the legs indoor garden room to the milk spa, the experience was fantastic. They also have free 2 ways transport with minimum spending and free wifi. Will be back again.

I had spa treatment at Spa Central on 21st Jan 2023. Loved the environment in the Spa where made me feel relaxed. Receptionist was very polite. Spa Therapist Ms Rere was excellent and very Professional. Definitely will come back again.
