Popped in for a quick drink after visiting Windsor.... pub was packed but felt really comfortable the team were welcoming and attentive even when rushed off their feet.... will return and try the food next time as it looked amazing coming out of the kitchen

Amazing food , great atmosphere, always come here with my dad for lunch the bar man Sam went above and beyond for me getting milk for my tea , linsey and her team always amaze me , food always cooked just how I like it

Such a great family venue. Food and service are both excellent. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to go for a meal or just a drink

I was greeted by a friendly staff, the pub shows a mixture of sport including Rugby which I am most interested in . I ordered a roast beef dinner which was superb and great value for money and you can enhance it with extras ! Very nice experience all in all !

Very matter of fact attitude to tough over cooked chicken, burnt bacon, burnt burger buns, and luke warm chips. They blame the supplier saying it's all precooked. They bought out some more dried out chicken by which time the chips were stone cold.
We have been to many pubs and restaurants and this rates as the worst in the area.
Others on table also had the same opinion and none would recommend the Hunters Chicken. Two declined to take the chicken home for their dogs, which pretty much sums up the quality of the food.

Arrived at the beginning of lunch so fairly quiet but received a friendly welcome. Food was lovely and hot and generous portions. I had the kebab with chicken strips and bbq sauce while my friend had a double burger with bacon which was cooked perfectly!

Excellent food and service. Great value for money at this friendly neighbourhood pub. Massive choice of meals from the huge menu. Fully recommended.

I used to go here years ago, but it went downhill and I didn’t feel comfortable in there. I’ve been back in recently and I love it! The food is great, service is quick yet friendly but the real star for this place is Jodi! She goes above and beyond for every single punter. Whether she’s in the kitchen by herself on a hectic day and comes out to apologise in person for any delay instead of getting someone else to pass on the message, or when she’s serving at the bar and makes a point of getting to know each and every customer whilst still getting through a swarm of people that’s five deep in a decent time, she does it with a smile and makes you feel that you’re truly valued as a customer. Honestly, I’m gutted when I come in and Jodi isn’t working. I feel that she would do so well in a training position, showing people how to treat everyone that steps foot in the pub.
