Absolutely horrendous service! DO NOT fall for their sales bs.
We got sold these vouchers by a sales rep that did a great job of getting my son into it for his birthday. So we purchased this and booked it all in for his birthday.
Only for 5 days before to cancel because they "didn't have enough players". Hint there were already 12 of us and I have played with fewer numbers. So in short they could not be bothered with a kids party.
What was worse is they sent out all the safety briefing emails and forms to all the parents and participants making it seem even more confirmed!
We rang them up and they said sorry but nothing we can do and really could not have cared less that they have just ruined a kids birthday party plans!

We arrived in plenty of time before the start. 1 hour later and still no safety briefing. Sat around in the cold with no refreshments available.
The staff we unhelpful to say the least. There were just too many people here for the limited number of staff. A real shame as it could be so much better very easily.

This is the first time I have ever tried paintball so I can’t speak for whether this place is worse than others but there were a few things I think need improving.
Firstly, the paintballs were hard as rock which meant that when people were hit they weren’t bursting. With the rule being that you aren’t out unless it burst this causes issues with hitting people multiple times but them being able to continue. Think the rule should be that if you feel a hit you go, although I envision honesty problems. It was also very painful so be warned but I think this is to be expected from an experience like this.
Secondly, as you’re mixed in with other people our group had people who took it so seriously they had their own kit, teenagers and couples. This meant that some people were taking it seriously, others just trying to have a good time and others barely following the rules. I think some more consideration here would be beneficial.
Also, please be warned that they charge extortionate prices for the paintballs themselves on top of what you have already paid for entry and kit (pointless to charge for this when you can’t play without the balls). We tried to buy the lowest package and share between two of us but were discouraged saying it wouldn’t be enough. We ended up paying for two of the packages and still had plenty of balls left over after finishing. I would say a couple of the 100 balls would be enough for any beginner so don’t be pushed into buying the packages.

This was an event in 2017.
A fantastic day with great people.
Paintball deals and smoke and grenade packages were best value.
Zombies game was Awesome.
I had some places left from no shows and have got into touch with Delta force.
I dealt with Andrew Wilde and he was fantastic. sent me through the new deals and my credit note from the last time we were there.
We cant wait to book a new date and get back out there!!!

A party for 10 year old children was booked through a stand in the Ashley Centre, Epsom; originally it seemed good value, until the host was charged an extra £130+ for paintballs on entry (and even this extra box was not enough)
We were kept hanging around for an hour and then rushed through briefing and into games with crowds of other players. So badly organised.
The briefing was macho, aggressive nonsense and terrified the children; they could easily brief children separately.
The party of 10-year-olds was lumped in with two other childrens' parties, but they both included adults who repeatedly shot at the players in our party after they had been shot and were heading back to base.
We were assured that we could order delivery pizza to the site - we could not - and that there were refreshments available. This turned out to be crisps and cold drinks only - no hot drinks.
Marshalls were unhelpful and there was a strong smell of weed in the staff areas.

Went last weekend with 6 kids aged between 12 and 13 for a birthday party.
I bought 3 packages where we got 300 paintballs and 3 with 500 paintballs. We shared them all so each person got 400 paintball.
We could have done with a few more but they seemed to just about last for the afternoon.
Pretty good for the money really.
I felt it was a bit rushed but it didn't matter to the kids.
Non stop action.
If they were happy then it's a success and thats all that counts.
Great day to remember.
Would go again.

Today we’ve visited delta force cobham, each paying £90 for the advertised black ops package. My friend then slipped, discolated his shoulder and we were told there were no first aiders on site to administer help minus stopping play. I cannot believe you charge your customers such ridiculous prices when you can’t even ensure there’s a first aider to assist in these type of situations, especially since the senior Marshall who was trying to “help” was asking my friend what to do. There is clearly a distinct lack of care for customers and their well being and safety. If I could advise anyone, it would be to avoid this place like the plague and go to campaign paintball just opposite.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
My sons rugby team were booked in to go paintballing for the 25th September 2021. It was for their end of season event. This was booked back on the 31st August.
27 Boys were booked to play, all paid up and ready to go.
Today I received a phone call to say they could not play and only 15 would be permitted - HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE WHEN 27 WERE PAID FOR?!
How is this possible to find out NOW when it was booked nearly 2 weeks ago?!
rather than let the boys play at the agreed rate, they wanted 12 of them to pay an extra £15 EACH in order for all of the boys to play together!!!!!!!
Instead of letting the boys play at the agreed rate and getting great reviews and lots of pictures and excitement posted on social media. we've had to cancel !!!!!
27 devastated boys with no end of season event, terrible ratings and lots of social media posts to try to ensure NO ONE EVER books with this joker of a company!!
Wont even be credited out money back till the end of next week!!!!

Prices were extortionate. Organisation was none existence. Cheating was rife. Marshall's were useless. Do not waste your money. I wish I could give it zero stars. Trading standards should closes this rip off down.
