I was given a voucher for lunch and a spa day, one on the best gifts I have ever been given, we were a party of four, the lunch was delicious, the Tikka starter and the chick pea curry were delicious, great cocktails made by Lynne and served by Christina. All the staff were very pleasant. The back and shoulder massage, and the facial just felt so good. We will definitely be returning.

After our spa day my mum and I had a meal and the staff in the restaurant/bar area, Lynn and Claire, were very accommodating and friendly! They ensured we were happy with everything and kept checking on us. The massages and pool facilities for the spa were really good.

Voucher from my daughter for a back/neck/facial. Simply wonderful. Thoroughly recommend it. Victoria was absolutely brilliant and a credit to the Spa. Well done.

We had a great spa day followed by a beautiful lunch. The staff were amazing beginning to end and couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely be back.

We visited this Doubletree for a Spa Day & Lunch. The service in the restaurant was amazing, all the girls went above and beyond in our experience, with a special mention to Annemarie, Claire, Lauren & Christina.
We then went to the spa for our treatment, the treatments were amazing, and I left feeling like a new women. I would definitely go back to here in the future.

My daughter and I booked a spa day. . The spa treatments were excellent, a big thank you to Amy, who was my therapist. The swimming pool was a pleasure to swim in and relax by. The pool area and changing rooms were spotless. The lounge and dining room were relaxing and food well presented and tasty. All staff, from reception to spa, pool and dining area were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend

We had an Itison voucher for a spa day with friends (£110 for 2). Treatments were a facial and massage and they were very helpful "tweaking" them to accommodate my allergies! Thoroughly enjoyed them and very relaxing.
Lunch was also successful - a £10 voucher towards the bill. Plenty on offer to suit everyone from sandwiches and paninis, soups and main courses. Coffee (Starbucks) was delicious.
Spa facilities were great too, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and good sized pool. Not too busy. A very successful day.
Only thing I would add is the relaxation room. This is where people are brought in when waiting on their treatments like a waiting room. It's also where you are brought out to "relax" after your treatments (not very relaxing if people are waiting to go in. Would it not be better to put the waiting people in the chairs outside in reception and change the room to make it more relaxing with beds etc to chill after the treatments

I visited yesterday with my cousin as a birthday treat,told the girl doing my treatment it was my birthday and tried to make small talk but I just got “hmmm’ and silences, we were using a group on voucher. I had a facial and neck and shoulder massage. I swear the girl must’ve been a weightlifter as today I can’t move or touch the back of my shoulders. I have had to stick lidocaine patches on them to see if it helps.
Then there’s the lunch menu, £10 you’re allowed to use with the voucher, we had soup, a sandwich with crisps and a pot of tea each, all good. We then left and we’re walking across the car park when a member of staff came bursting through a fire exit like a demon shouting that we hadn’t paid our bill. We were confused, but we went back in and discovered tea isn’t included and it was £4:35 a cup! Tea isn’t included. What a ridiculous way of getting extra money from you. Certainly won’t be back and I hope my pain subsides soon!

Was here for a spa day package with my sister today. From start to finish we had a fantastic, and memorable day.
The staff on arrival at the spa were very friendly and helpful. After using the pool, sauna, and steam room we headed off for our two spa treatments which were amazing and so relaxing.
After the treatments we headed off for our afternoon tea. We were greeted by Sandra at the bar who was very friendly and asked us how our day was so far as she showed us to our booth. We then met Shirley who again was so genuinely friendly and really went out her way to deliver first class customer service to us.
I wasn't too keen on the soup of the day and asked if there was any lentil, she then said she was sure the chef was making some for later, she then came back saying yes no problem at all I could have lentil. She then kept us topped up with lovely coffee from Starbucks too, as well as having a friendly chat about our spa experience.
A special mention too for another lady who was also so friendly and helpful. I'm sure was a supervisor, who celebrated her special 60th birthday last week.
Thank you to you all, we had a fantastic experience at the Hilton made even more special with incredible staff and their excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Looking forward to coming back soon.
