This is a rustic experience that we loved. Wine tasting is in a large barn on an old couch with few visitors to compete with. The owner loves his craft and is happy to take visitors through his range. We enjoyed the pinots, both red and white, and left with a case at $25 per bottle. Very enjoyable

We came across this little beauty after a lazy lunch in Kyneton. The owners and wine makers- Will and Kathy Fraser made us so welcome. They have a beautiful property and are very passionate about wines in general. Their Rose and Pinot Gris are delicious and before long our boot was full!! The old barn is brilliant and inviting and well worth an hour or so to relax and taste Paramoor’s great selection.

We visited this winery as part of a tour from Melbourne. This charming little boutique vineyard was our first and best stop. The atmosphere was wonderful. The owner was charminge. And the wine, what can I say, it was perfect. If you choose one vineyard in this underrated area make it Paramoor.

A lovely drive up the driveway brought us to a typical Aussie barn.
The hospitality was outstanding.
The wines tasted were 4 reds and whites plus a Rose.
All enjoyable.
Will return as soon as possible as really enjoyed this experience.
Highly recommended

This was a random pick for us on a day trip from Melbourne. The weather was perfect and decided to stop at a winery we saw while driving. Couldn't have been more positively surprised.
Some of the best wines we ha e tasted and the best tasting experience in Australia so far. Amazing farm museum too where the tastings are hosted.
Their rose is the absolute best.

The property is stunning with so much interesting history and so much to look at.
Will and Kathleen were very friendly and welcoming and made it a very homely and personal experience. It is always wonderful to meet the wine maker as well and to hear about their process. And learning that this husband and wife team are a two person show creating these award winning wines makes it all the more special.
They were also very welcoming in allowing my dog to join (on a lead and outside the cellar door) bringing her a bowl of fresh water and making sure even my dog felt the love.
The wines are impeccable and the personal touch from Will and Kathleen was brilliant. Couldn’t recommend more highly, will certainly be back.

We loved our visit to Paramoor Winery - very cosy barn with comfortable couches to sit and sample their beautiful family wines. We really enjoyed some of their older wines, including the Shiraz and shiraz blends. Lovely friendly owners and great experience to wind down the day. Definitely visit if you are around.

We visited here as it was one of the few wineries open on weekdays. So glad we did! The wines were excellent and a very informative wine tasting conducted by the wine maker personally. A lovely tasting room in a barn decorated in early 20th century style.
Will definitely go back on one of their monthly pizza Sundays.

My first visit to a winery in the Macedon Ranges region, and what a winner. Cellar door is housed inside a massive stable, fascinating venue. The winemaker, Will Fraser, walked the four of us through the wines on tasting today. Wonderful insights and some wonderful quality wines. A diverse range available, I felt the Riesling was a particular highlight, but I am certain there is something here for every palate. Prices were very reasonable and I was delighted with the six I came home with.

A great destination in Carlsruhe with some amazing wines on taste. The property is beautiful and the barn where tastings are held, takes you back to the past. Wood fire pizzas are available on the first Sunday of the month but bookings are required.
