Having a 3 year old means we’ve visited many soft plays. This is the best one we’ve been to by far. Lots of variety for various ages and my 3 year old could manage everything by herself meaning mum and dad didn’t have to go climbing everything with her. Also very clean.

Accompanied our five year old grandson to a party on Saturday. Both my partner and I are over 65, I’m also registered disabled, and right now do need support. We were first at the party as I’m unable to stand for any length of time. We were charged £1:50 to allow my partner in. ‘Not much’ you may think, however when I asked if carer’s had to pay, I was promptly dismissed. I understand that birthday parties are allocated a certain amount of adults anyway, and as one of the other parents pointed out to me, quite a number of children had had lifts, therefore not accompanied by adults. Goodwill towards disabled people would be greatly appreciated.
We ordered coffee and food. The coffee was cold and the bowl of chips (£2:50) for less than 25 chips! Some black and inedible.
Big Tops is quite close to where I live and would be the go to option on rainy summer holiday days, but the poor food and drinks, and unfeeling attitude to disabled people will make me choose elsewhere.
Living with MS and us both over 65, did BIG TOPS really think we’d be using the apparatus!
Play centres in Worksop and Hellaby are preferable options.

Really good indoor play area. All soft play. A small baby specific area too. Two tier climbing frame with 4 large slides connected and a seperate small slide. Football court at side with lots of footballs and two nets and a basketball hoops. Food is good and array of drinks for adults and kids. Good menu.

We took our grandchildren on a Saturday morning and they loved it. Clean, well maintained soft play, very well run by the staff who do not allow dangerous behaviour like climbing UP slides. This made us very comfortable about allowing our kids to explore the equipment.
There is a reasonably priced cafe with lots of kids meals and nice coffee for the adults.
I would recommend this soft play centre wholeheartedly. They also have lots of different party plans for birthdays. Plenty of parking space outside and a very secure establishment.

I had my sons 7th birthday laser tag party there this weekend. He absolutely loved it and so did all of his friends. They said it was “the best party they had ever been to.” The staff were helpful, friendly and on the ball for children with allergies. The party ran so smoothly and I could relax whilst the kids had a great time. After laser tag they loved running around and playing football in the soft play area. I’d definitely come back next year to have the same party. Thank you!

Myself, my husband and my two children (aged 2 & 7 months) have just visited Big Tops. We have visited several times with no issues. However today we have been extremely disappointed.
Whilst my 2 year old was playing, I began feeding my 7month old with a pouch baby food. I was very quickly told, by two members of staff, that I wasn’t allowed to do this. I was told that you are only able to consume food purchased on the premises. I asked if this was the same with baby food and I was told yes. I can honestly say, I have never been anywhere that do not allow you to feed your baby. I was told that they do sell baby food…I checked and they stock Aldi pouches. These are fine, however I feed my baby with a different brand.
We also whitenesses staff telling another mother, who’s son looked around 6 months old, the same thing as she was feeding too!
Overall terrible service and we will not be returning.

Had my child's 5th Birthday party here at the start of June. It was the first time I had actually been but yhe wife had taken the kids a number of times previously.
What can I say!
The venue itself is clean and a good set up, the staff themselves actually amazing. Getting the whole team involved in singing Happy Birthday and music making Alfie feel extra special. All the team seemed genuinely happy to be there and be involved, something that isn't always common with some places.
The end result was that my child had a absolutely brilliant party and everyone was happy.
We had the added Disco that kids loved and just to add how connected the party host was to the kids, one child didn't like the music quite as loud and she picked up on this and turned it down again something that people dont always notice.
I would be more than happy to recommend this place for the genuine warm all the team showed and making the party that bit extra special.
I didn't get our party hosts name but she is a real credit to you.

Excellent fun for all kids. The climbing frame is fantastic and goes high with allsorts of tunnels and apparatus throughout. Large ball pit which has a ball drop thay kids fill up as it sucks balls up to it. Large slides and a seperate twisting one. Good priced food and drinks with things for adults and children. Separate baby play area that includes a small slide into a ball pit. Birthday party packages available too.

Kids enjoyed the play frame however our visit was dampened by the attitude of the face painter girl they employ here. Her attitude towards my child was awful after he was waiting patiently in the queue only to be snapped at every 2 minutes to “STAND STILL” Incase she didn’t realise this is a kids play centre where children come to have fun and to crack at least a smile to paying customers would not hurt at all. Really bad customer service.

Took my grandchildren here for the eldest's birthday, his first such visit due to Covid, and they had a fantastic time. I felt the children were safe at all times, they played for two hours and could have done so for another two. We will be back.

The general price is £5.45 but there are deals in the week for under 5’s

Wednesday-Friday £3.95
Also there is an afternoon meal deal for all ages after 3pm Monday -Friday play and eat is £5.95
Would you say it is quieter on an weekday evening or Sunday afternoon?

Really depends on the weather! but if you come after 3pm Sundays it does quieten off , and weekdays depends how many parties we have on that night so just ring when tou are thinking of coming and we can give an indication.
