We went in a cenote adventure with Light House Tours. We had a great trip! My teenage daughters loved it! So far it's the highlight of our vacation. Garrett was super helpful and had great communication with me on what would be the best day trip to do considering it was going to be a very windy afternoon. We will book another trip with them.

Had two excellent excursion experiences via Garrett at the Lighthouse booth next to the Excellence Riviera Cancun resort. One for a private catamaran day to Isla Muerjes, and another to Cenote Zapote. Both were clearly organized and communicated and everyone enjoyed themselves! We wanted to walk down the beach to Puerto Morelos on our own one day, and we chatted with Garrett before leaving. He was nice enough to not only tell us about certain things to avoid and or find, but he also drew up a quick map for all the local gems that helped so much!! We had a lovely afternoon with no problems and wished we had more time for more exploring! Garrett is the best, please utilize his services through the Lighthouse Tours, and I promise you will have the best experience.

This was well worth the money. Friendly, knowledgeable tour guides. Air conditioned bus, stocked with drinks and other necessities for the trip. Covered a lot of ground in one day.Tulum, Coba, Cenotes, and Playa Del Carmen were all really great places to see. Even when some of the tourists didn't make it back to the bus on time, the tour company went above and beyond to make sure all passengers made it home safely. I would highly recommend this tour company. The tours we did were half the price of what was being offered at our resort.

We set up the private snorkeling tour with Israel who was informative and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. We took a taxi from Vidanta and had no issues getting there or back. Pricing for the tour was very reasonable, even for the private tour! Jesus was our guide and did a great job leading us on the tour of the reef. He explained the importance of certain fish and pointed out different types. We saw some barracuda which was cool. The reef is beautiful and swimming amongst the fish is an amazing experience no matter what you see! There is a bathroom right at the dock where you can change your clothes/swim wear before or after. And the guys do have great personalities as advertised! Very chill and easy going.
A couple snorkeling tips… First, if you have a mustache, shave before you go. The mustache could cause leakage in your mask since it prevents the mask from fitting properly under the nose. Second, regular masks do not fit all face shapes. If you have a protruding brow line, you may experience leakage from the top of the mask. If you have a unique face shape, it would be a good idea to purchase a custom mask or find one that fits well and take it with you. You could still use a basic mask but you’ll spend a lot of time clearing out the water and holding your mask in place.

My friend and I had heard about Lighthouse tours on the fb page for Ocean Coral & Turquesa hotel before our stay. So we walked down the day after we arrived and met with Oscar who was very helpful. We booked a snorkeling excursion with him for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Then we walked down another day and booked with Garret to do the cenotes. He also gave us helpful tips on the local market and shops in Puerto Morelos. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd definitely be using their services again. Would highly recommend!

Israel is the best! Such a sweet guy! Even managed to get us a better deal on our taxi back to Dream Natura since they scam you to leave there!
We booked with him after a disappointing experience with another outfit the day before (see my other reviews)
Unfortunately, the weather sucked, it was pretty windy, rainy, and overcast, but Nayo and the captain (also sounds like Nayo?) took us out for a couple of hours and we managed to actually see some great wildlife - some barracuda, a hogfish, and a huge beautiful French angelfish!
Would NEVER do one of those ridiculous tour group snorkels again.

A five minute walk along the beach from the Excellence Riviera Cancun, you will find the Lighthouse Tours booth. Garrett, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and we loved our 2 tours. Highly recommend this company. Professional, less expensive and everything promised was delivered.

We booked two different trips with Garret on our recent vacation to Puerto Morelos for my husband's 40th birthday and to say our experience was outstanding, is an understatement. Would recommend this to anyone looking for adventure, whether it be a solo traveler, couple or family, there is an adventure for you!

Highly recommend Garrett at Lighthouse tours. I’d seen the reviews before arriving at our hotel (Ocean Coral & Turquesa) & came across Garrett on our beach walk to P.Morelos. First impressions were of him helping us navigate our way, offering a map & recommending local shops & restaurants with no gain. Genuinely friendly fella! We then booked 2 trips:
Cenotes: Incredible day out with fantastic guides & good Mexican buffet. Competitively prices against our hotel team.
Platinum Isla Mujeres catamaran; Amazing day!
One of the best we have done, would highly recommend. We were fast tracked through. Just enough people on a large catamaran, drinks were flowing (Mexican water 🤣) DJ on board, fantastic staff. On the island it is beautiful, the food was amazing, we paid the extra to do the golf cart tour which I am so glad we did. Couldn’t fault the day - in fact we almost rebooked it again.
Thanks to Garrett & team, your service was impeccable & we got a txt each morning to check we had what we needed for our trips.
Will be recommending back in the uk too.
