Another great cenote experience

Drove to Kin Ha Cenote – excellent experience, friendly staff. First they drove us to a an open air cenote, with two zip lines and numerous diving platforms at different heights into the water. After about 50 minutes there, drove us back to the reception area, where a short walk took us a dramatic underground cenote, with both a jumping in option through a relatively small whole, as well as a steep stairway down to a platform where you could jump or descend a ladder into the water.

Definitely worth going here. It was awesome! Make sure to go to the other cenote as well! They provide transportation which is nice.

We expected more for that price

Our first cenote we visited. Not the cheapest one - 300 pesos cave cenote, 400 pesos entrance to the cave cenote and outdoor denote. There are a lot of activities they offer, but if you are keen just for cenote, it is kind of "nothing special".. or at least for us it was not the value for money we would expect.

We’re having a great time!

Had a great time here. We arrived in a private van with a group of 6. Felt like it was really relaxed and they let you have enough time at each spot. Loved jumping down into the cave and running the zip line ourselves. They suggested bringing life jackets but not required. We didn’t grab any and did all the jumps/zip lines which were super fun

Great for family with teenagers, not busy!

We loved visiting Kin Ha. We chose to do only one of the two cenotes there, Blanca Flor. It was fully open, beautiful green-blue water, and the best part was that we were the only ones there. We had it all to ourselves for a good hour. Our guide helped us do the ziplines and advised us on jumping from the platforms. We are a family of five with teenage kids and they loved jumping and ziplining over the cenote and then jumping off into the water. Our guide was nice enough to bring out the "baby zipline" for mom (me) who wanted to try it but not so high up! Great memories made here!

If you want to avoid the tourists/crowds and you're staying in Puerto Morelos, this is a good nearby option. It was kind of pricey but worth it.

Están súper bonitos los cenotes. Muy bien cuidados y me parece que a precio justo. Además el lugar para comer es muy tranquilo, el concepto medio trival y muy limpio. La comida muy rica y no es cara. Para mi 10/10

Absolutely average... the two cenotes are ok, but no great. Staff discrimintate latin people over northamericans or europeans. Package said that included drinks and a meal, they only give only one mini soda and the main dish was three mini quesadillas, it was only a tiny snack not a meal. Food was regular. ATVs were already in a very bad state, they charge for an insurance fee which is not necessary but if something happens to the machine, which is already in a bad shape, you have to pay for any damage. The wont let you take any photos however they take some which will be sold to you very expensive and with poor qualiry. They ask for tips for everything they do, even when you already pay in advance for the service. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS, Kin ha is not worth your money or your time. Go somewhere else.

What a great experience, we enjoy this cenoto, the only bad luck for us was that we got diarrea for eating at the royalton hotel.

Absolute blast at Cenote Kin Ha

We had an absolute blast! It was three hours packed with fun. Doing the zip line over the cenote was a real thrill. I loved how we had three different activities so there was something for everyone. And lunch was delicious too. 10/10!

It goes without saying the Cenotes are beautiful. However, there may be better options with more research. We found this experience very overpriced for what we got. Our swim in both Cenotes were very rushed. It would have been helpful for the booking person to suggest we bring snorkling gear, as none was offered there. All we could see in the first Cenote was two fish. The second not much more either. Just the tiny fish that came to nibble at our feet. Be aware of the “ATV experience”. It is completely misleading. It literally was a drive from one Cenote to the other, and back. Also be aware that they suggest you jump into the Cenotes WITH your life jacket on. Some of our group members went to a different location where they said it’s dangerous to do that and to jump in life jackets must be removed. Overall the Cenotes are worth seeing, but perhaps make it very very clear what you want from your tour or what it provides if you decide to go with this one. Oh, and bring money. The pictures they take are overpriced but you’ll want them!
