Très mauvais accueil au sein du magasin, zéro écoute de la part des managers censés régler un retour de marchandise achetée il y a quelques jours. J’essaye d’expliquer la situation à la dame qui se présente comme la manager qu’ interrompt de manière sèche en me disant que la maison ne reprend pas les objets endommagés. Il s’agissait d’un soliflore offert par une amie ( prix modique à 360 dhs ) certes fragile car en verre. Nous avons parcouru 15 km pour ramener cet objet symbolique et nous repartons avec l’image d’un comptoir plutôt soucieux de vendre que de rendre service au client. Nous aurions souhaité une écoute de leur part. Bref, le comportement n’était pas du tout professionnel. J’espère que ce message saura attirer votre attention pour améliorer votre attitude à l’avenir.

If you are looking for a Retro Plus Experience you cannot go past a visit to the Birregurra Emporium. We purchased a couple of 1950 biscuit tins - very happy with purchase and price. Must Go if you are into antiques/ retro. Terry

Beautiful town, has the feel of a tree change commnity with lots of fascinating homes and buildings. Like most people who come here, you feel a trip to the emporium is compulsory. Lots of interesting items though not sure if you'd find something to take home.

A stop in the historical town of Birregurra would not be complete without a visit to the Birregurra Emporium before visiting one of the great cafes in this town. An interesting collection of vintage and antique wares including retro clothing, fur coats, jewellery, records, lanterns, cases, industrial lighting, prints and antique chinaware.
