I'm PADI instructor not anymore in teaching status ...
We Booked an open water course in French for my girlfriend with them with theory online , so WE had to pay them 100 euros in advance...
Theory done we speak to the manager to tell him which day we arrived, and perfect his french instructor is waiting for us....
But when we arrived he tell us we will have indonesian instructor with French girl Divemaster, then she arrived telling us she is in fact only starting her DMT and she didn't know that she had to be here today and that she has other plan for today, and anyway we cannot speak Underwater so its no need of traduction 😅😅.
So i end up paying my fun dive to assist the course, the course was not safe with some skills made under boats and some skills was missing.
The manager was not nice to us and start to have agressive look when i start complaining ....(He only Care about his dog, his cat and the money)
Don t go there so many good dive shop on this island.
PS: thank you to the manager for not charging me for using the pool teaching for free and the 10%discount on the fun dive while i was teaching for free.

Very good and reliable, I completed my aowd course here, I also did several day dives. Every dive was memorable and the staff was great

Arrived at Sanctum Dive wasn’t greeted by anyone looked like the instructors had just woken up we waited for them to have coffee start time was 9 am we didn’t get in boat until 10 am weather conditions were very windy big swell should of really cancelled due to bad conditions . Too dangerous around too many boats at manta bay huge swell so didn’t snorkel. Returned to a small plate of nasi goreng. More focused on the divers . Will not return .

Diving with the manta rays was an amazing experience. Our guide Dave was super helpful in the water throughout the whole dive!

Great diving experience, did 8 fun dives at sanctum dive.
Great people, very friendly atmosphere, definitely recommend. When i come back to Nusa Penida i will come to dive here again

Great dive centre, replied fast on instagram for booking 2 days later. chilled dive centre, cool decorations and facilities. staff were great. speedboat was good and fun and our guide even found us a manta in off season! very happy with our diving experience with them! thank you!

Sanctum Dive Center was offering a good packet of diving and sleeping and relaxing. Divesites were sadly with "not good visibility" but every time we met what we wanted; Manta, nice current etc.
The Big Mola-mola was something what I was looking for, but with no success. Ok, I understood that January is not the right season for Mola-mola. At least we saw Mola-mola's fin passing by the north divesite. The boatboys told me that you can see the difference between fins and the style of swimming. Mola-molas swimming is looking like duckwalking. Indeed that's true.
Also big hug for the Sanctum's accomodation; the hotel was beautiful, clean and gosy. Ketut was taking care of the hotel and most of all carrying me with his scooter everywhere I wanted when ever I wanted.

The dives were beautiful! The crew took me to manta point and SD where I saw amazing mantas at the first site then drift dive with sea turtles on the next.
The crew was helpful and did a short briefing before each dive. They were friendly too, which made my solo trip to this island more memorable.
