This is a workout that doesn't really feel like a workout because it's so different - but don't worry, you definitely see the results. Try the "Reach High" class, where you'll climb, hang and swing, or "Traverse" where you'll learn parkour-style moves to navigate a series of obstacles. You can book into any of their morning, lunchtime or evening classes, plus they have workshops for families, corporate events, and more.
This is particularly suited to people who want to improve their overall health, take care of their joints, increase their mobility and learn new skills. Everyone is so supportive and you're never made to do anything you don't feel comfortable with.

Movement Republic is like nothing else I have experienced working out at a "gym".
It's a jungle gym for adults. Building strength, flexibility, agility and having fun in a vibrant community.
I would most definitely take them up on the free class to experience Movement Republic for yourself.
