AAT Kings. Heldagstur til Blue Mountain. Buss sjåføren/guiden vår var veldig flink. Kunnskapsrik og flink til å fortelle
Veldig flott tur med besøk i Sydney zoo.
Taubaner og tog over Blue Mountain.
Toget med til regnskogen. En flott spasertur der. Vi ble lovet en flott lunsj på et velrenommert sted, men den bar stengt så skuffende nok ble det kun et par pizza biter og drikk

Excellent tour

Travelled on the company's 12 day East Coast Beaches and Reef tour. It was our first time visiting Australia, and the trip was fantastic. Excellent tour director and driver; accommodations and provided meals were top notch and included excursions most enjoyable.

AAT Kings - Central Australian day tours - ex Yalara

My Husband and I enjoyed a full day tour 'Kings Canyon Rim walk' and half day 'Kata Tjuta valley of the winds' both from Yalara Resort - Uluru. On both days the pickup was punctual, the tour and provisions exactly as described, and the staff were knowledgable, fun, caring and safety-conscious. The scenery was fantastic and the guides shared factual, historical, and cultural information throughout the tours - as well as some urban myths and halarious anecdotes.

Kings Canyon Rim walk - a very long day but well worth it. My husband is much fitter than me so he did the more strenuous rim walk while I did the canyon floor. Again, on the Valley of the Winds, he did the full challenge, while I walked to the first lookout and then a small group of us were bussed back to Walpa gorge for a less challenging walk.

AAT Kings had a softer option for those that were not up to the full challenge, they had graded the walks fairly and alerted all participants to the risks and options. The time allotted for the walk was fair and generous - those that were not up to the fitness level required should not have attempted the harder walk.

The only critique I have of the tours was the absence of indigenous staff. I asked one of the tour guides and they said that the company would very much like to hire indigenous staff but there are "reliability issues". I appreciate that there are cultural and other issues with hiring indigenous staff but I would strongly urge AAT Kings to think outside the box on how they can engage with the indigenous peoples to the betterment of both parties.

I had a confirmed full day tour to King’s Canyon from Uluru booked for the last day of my Northern Territory holiday. The day before the tour I walked to their Yulara office to reconfirm the pickup time for my tour (as I’d been trying to telephone and could not get my call answered). I was told by the office that no tour existed. On producing my printed receipt and itinerary the office were at a loss as to what to do with me. They offered me a BBQ dinner as compensation. This would have meant waiting an entire day to wait for a dinner with a large group of strangers to watch the sunset for the 4th time in 4 days! AAT Kings stated they sent an email to my travel agent the month before advising that the tour that I’d paid for had been cancelled. Flight Centre claim they never received the email - AAT Kings could not prove they’d sent the email. AAT Kings feel that the offer of the BBQ (which I did not take) was enough compensation. I took time off work, flew to Uluru at great expense only to miss out on a significant part of my trip. It’s unlikely I will go back to the area just to do this 1 activity I was so looking forward to. I don’t know what to suggest as having a confirmed tour does not necessarily mean you will get what you pay for with AAT Kings.

We are normally private tour kind of people, s a bit apprehensive about booking a coach tour. But our group was great. the driver (sorry forgotten name was amazing). coach was comfy and clean. we visited Mt. Solitary, Katoomba Falls, and Jamison Valley to name but a few.

We were on a whirlwind tour of Australia but this is a tour we are still talking about 12 month on.

We also got some great photos but I'm not tech enough to attach them to this review.

Phillip Island Day Tour

A wonderful full-day tour to Phillip Island to see the penguins. The guide was knowledgeable and professional, the bus very comfortable, the experience excellent. It was cold and rainy, but it didn't deter us from watching the penguins return to their nests from the sea. It was a real treat! I actually went in September 2019, but the drop down box below doesn't show that date, so I clicked on Nov. 2019 instead.

Been here many times ever since I was a kid

One of my favourite all time museums. Big collection of war artifacts on display. Covers mostly the 2 big wars 1and 2. Lots of war dioramas which are so skilfully made. There is a ME 109 fighter plane as well as a spitfire and Lancaster bomber. One of the midget submarines that came into to Sydney Harbour. Uniforms, guns, soldiers kits, tanks. You can spend all day if you want to read everything. Don’t miss out on the Lancaster show in the Anzac building.

Very enjoyable tour.

This is very late in being submitted but I must take time to complement our driver for this tour which we were part of on Thursday 20th November 2019. I believe the drivers name was either John S or Jason. He explained everything so well to us & our friends Linda Lee & John Tavares who accompanied us on our trip. Please pass onto John our appreciation for being such an excellent guide, and of course driver.
