The classes at Taya Kitchen are a MUST, no matter where you are coming from. Jump online and book a class on your next visit to Brisbane. You will really have a fun afternoon and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The instructions and demo's were super easy to follow and honestly, so inspirational with a bonus, the recipes can all be modified for anyone with special dietry requirements. Topping it off, everything was tasted there and was wonderful. Thanks Taya.

I had a great time learning to cook authentic Thai meals. Taya was excellent and guided us through each step. The small class size works really well for individual support.
The food we cooked was delicious and I look forward to making them again.
I am already planning to go back for the Vietnamese class.

What a fantastic experience! My best friend bought me this as a gift as she knows how much I love Thai food. Taya is such a great teacher and broke everything down into simple steps. I would love to take my family next time. I will definitely be making the dishes I cooked with Taya at home!

We had an amazing time at the beginners Thai cooking class. Taya was fun, knowledgeable and her communication was great. The quality and quantity of the food was excellent and we have already put our new found skills to the test with success! Love the recipe book. We will definitely be back.

This was my eighth cooking class with Taya. Her enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate approach to cooking made this another fantastic and fun class. As always the food was delicious and my husband loved the left-overs.

Taya has designed an incredible experience for Thai cooking enthusiasts. While her wonderful warmth and humour has you laughing, Taya also manages to keep the whole group on track so that you end the day with a sumptuous feast to share...You even get plenty of leftovers!
I did the class with my teenage son and he loved it. A bonding experience for us both. Thank you Taya and team!

I did the True Taste of Vietnam class with my mum, sister and niece and it was absolutely brilliant. Not only is the cooking heaps of fun but the food was truly delicious. Taya is warm and funny and a patient and her brain is chock block full of knowledge. We've all come away with new skills, pro tips and most importantly some really wonderful memories.

Such a great set up, made so easy to learn and create in. Taya is a great teacher and storyteller. It is so fun, she is funny too and the food was delicious! We will be back!
