Booked this service to pick 4 passengers up from the Gold Coast airport. Unfortunately my daughter’s suit case with all the Christmas gifts for her new in-laws was lost by Qantas. The driver was extremely patient whilst my daughter was waiting in the lost luggage queue but when the rude completely non empathetic manger spoke to us she told us to tell Qantas to “hurry up” as the van would not wait. Not sure how my daughter was supposed to jump the queue in front of the other two customers waiting in line! Used a lot of chauffeur companies in the past & they were able to deal with plane delays, plane cancellations & delayed luggage without management resorting to being aggressive & rude. Currently plane delays & lost luggage are common unfortunately so don’t use Black Bow Chauffeurs unless you are 100% sure your plane will get you there exsactly on time!

Booked last minute to pick my elderly father up from the airport when I couldn’t. My father had mixed up flight details but they went out of their way to help me. Great communication.
They picked Dad up, then brought him and his bags all the way to the front door.
I would not hesitate to use again and would recommend to anyone.

Nous sommes parti faire le sentier cathare à pied pendant en juin. Nous avions réservé les hébergements 2 mois à l'avance. Malheureusement, nous avons commencé la rando au début de la canicule et les locaux nous ont fortement conseillé de ne pas continuer avec des chaleurs aussi élevées. L'ensemble des hébergeurs ont très bien compris la raison de notre annulation et nous ont remboursés les arrhes ou acomptes versés...sauf cet hébergeur qui ne daigne même pas répondre aux mails. Dommage, nous avions prévu de repartir sur cette rando dans un avenir + ou - proche, dans la mesure du possible on gardera l'ensemble des coordonnées des hébergeurs sauf celui là!

Booked online for a transfer after a wedding reception (I am not the bride). Paid online and received a call from the company that day. Clarified that it was a wedding I was being picked up from but that I was not the bride and the customer service officer stated that was fine, was just a point to point transfer.
Received a call two days later stating that this was a wedding transfer and therefore the price went from $98 to $236!
Needless to say I immediately asked for a refund and went with another company...for a much cheaper price!

Collected at the airport by a friendly, highly motivated and professional driver (Warwick Ward) who ensured we had all our belongings, and helped with my disabled wife and her wheelchair to ensure a safe excursion to our accommodation. He was also our driver for the return trip to the airport seven days later. Truly courteous, helpful, and an extremely safe driver. THANK YOU!!

We are experienced travelers who are interested in getting transportation in February from the Sheraton Grand Mirage Hotel at Main Beach to Byron Bay for a day trip, with return transportation at the end of the day. Approximately 8 to 9 hours in total. The driver would not need to take us around all day but to just provide transportation to the center of town and back to the hotel. The way your quotation system on your website is set up it provides a quote for one way transportation, so we would like to get a price for a round trip..
We are also interested in getting transportation from the Hilton Brisbane Hotel to the Sheraton two days earlier, so would like to see what our options are for that service as well.

we can see your Quote Enquiry thru our Online Quote System and see you trying to add a stop rather than use a return trip option in the very first ( Top left Corner with Radio Button ) its already selected by Default on a one way as you need to Selected to return. after select the return option then you able to get the return quote option by default.
However we have your emailed you Both the Quote in your mention email.
