Ricky from Ohio. My wife told me that you would give us a bad review if we did not take you. And here we are. This is a policy that all tour companies have including Taste the Barossa. You should try reading the conditions of travel policy. AND why would I want to drive around people like you, ALL DAY at a loss! You got a Barossa tour...you got plenty of time to get on another tour, we offered you one of our other tours...... You did not do a tour with us so this is a review of a policy that you were informed of in advance. Your heart surgery wasn't cancelled. It's people like you who make it tough for small business. Mediocre customer Cletus........from Minneapolis...!!...I see by your past reviews that you love to criticise and you are hard to please! It also appears you can't take a joke..you signed a credit card docket left handed & upside down..hardly hand writing, I am also left handed as I said; you don't like to buy wine on a wine tour and when someone recommends a good restaurant you whinge about that as well. There IS no mention of a tour of the vineyards in the advertising so you kind of make stuff up, like "continually lectured" mentioned -yes, continually -no, and you wonder why I did not listen well to your questions!!! Hi Allisonc Thanks for your review, it appears you had a good tour but commented on the air-cond. I do remember that day and as the driver I was cold, whilst driving the bus, I only had a light shirt on. I remember opening the rear vents twice, perhaps another customer closed them and I also remember that a couple of people were wearing a few layers of clothes. The air-conditioner works just fine on a 35 deg day. I will look into sun shades for the coming summer.
