After recently spending thousands of dollars on apple products, I went into apple in Rundle Mall Adelaide to see if there was an issue with a program that would not download for me. I was unsure if it was me or the product. At the door of apple, I told a male staff member that I was having an issue downloading a program on my new apple product and he refused any assistance. So I went to one of the tables at apple to try and load the program again on my new apple product while I was there. An apple staff member called Sarah came up to me and was very intimidating, she rudely told me to leave the store and embarrassed me in front of a lot of customers.
I left feeling very embarrassed. After a couple of months I returned to apple in Rundle Mall to stress that I had been told by a tech business that it did appear it was a problem with the apple product as they too were unable to load the program.
A lovely young lady at the front organised an appt for me to get assistance. Matt assisted me, it took about 15 minutes to sort out and the program was finally loaded. Matt was lovely. I have to say that due to the embarrassing way I was treated by the male staff member at the front door and Sarah being utterly rude, intimidating and causing me to be utterly embarrassed.....my next technology purchase will not be an apple product so that I do not have to be treated that way by the guy at the front and Sarah. My dollars will go elsewhere.

Visited the mall on a visit over from the UK. The plan was to take my niece for a shopping spree.
Instead on walking through the street in the middle of the day, my 14-year-old niece was harassed by a guy making lewd and sexual gestures in front of her. He thought she was on her own and nearly died of shock when he realised that my husband and I were with her. It says a lot about a city when its main shopping experience isn't safe for teens. The rest of the mall was also full of shady people hanging around in broad daylight.
As I'm from London I thought I had seen it all but this was a new level of disgusting. The people running this area need to seriously do a clean-up operation on the place fast to make it safe for children and teens as well as the general public.

Yes if you like spending a lot of time shopping this is for you.
Lots of shops in a traffic free zone, all the big brands are here plus some I have never heard of.
Plenty of good places to eat and drink. Hard to miss this place when in Adelaide

Great , mostly pedestrian mall. Fantastic statues, great shops, restaurants, bars etc. and a terrific walkway to the gardens and evening dining when the festivals are on.

We always visit this Mall when we come to Adelaide, even if we only wander up & down the beautiful Adelaide Arcade. There are department stores & shops of every description and it make shopping a breeze not to be dodging cars & buses in the heart of the city.

The best place to shop in Adelaide. Rundle Mall is an open, outdoor mall (similar to other mall in capital cities in Australia; such as Brisbane's Queen St Mall). It is centrally located & easily accessable with a tram stop at one end of the mall. There are many big brand stores such as JB Hi Fi, The Body Shop, Myers Centre, Coles & Woolworths along with old arcades with little shops to explore. This is a great place to explore during the day & night. As visitors stroll through the mall they will encounter sculptures (such as the Rundle Mall Pigs) & street performers.

The place for shopping in Adelaide. Plenty of choice. Eating outlets all available and plenty of people to watch. Nice arcades. Also a nice walk early morning!

Friday late night shopping. East end of Rundle Mall a must go. Restaurants are overflowed and council organised fire pits and fire work acts. Better than Melbourne or Sydney.
