Worst service in the world. Third world service at their cosmetics counters like Clinique. I dropped what I was going to pay for, walked out of Myers and NEVER returned. The young women were so rude, that I have never gone to any of their stores anywhere else in Australia. Myers, you should select your better and trained up staff. This was so bad!

A varied range of shops, some good, some not at all. Keep an eye out for the “hidden” alleys with some interesting stores.

Honestly found it a little bit disappointing. A whole bunch of shops had shut up shop and looks like some were getting redone as few had barriers up.
Heaps of people lined up for the front windows for Myer which seemed to be in collab with Australia Zoo for 2024 so all the kids liked the fake animals and info being given.
Some of the arcades off Bourke St were alright, but they don't truly count as part of the mall.
Just be mindful of the trams and people not paying attention to where they are going.

Travelled over an hour as wished for great variety of at DJ’s & Myer store.
Not disappointed as found some clothing bargains to freshen wardrobe.
Speedily we raced into David Jones fleeing the pesky Palestine protesters banging on.
Sad to see Zara storefront barricaded by police after they recently gave pro Israel message.
Comforted myself with capitalistic freedom and bought a chore jacket!

Bourke St Mall is bustling with festive shoppers. Myer and David Jones are busy with customers who are looking for something special. The Myer Christmas Windows are featuring the mischievous Bluey, who is much loved by the younger generation. There are lots of things to see, including the GPO. The Bourke St Mall runs between Swanston St and Elizabeth St, it's a favorite shopping destination for the people of Melbourne.

Quite a big and popular mall. It is at the city centre, easily accessible. There are lots of stores available hence I would recommend visiting.

The Bourke Street Mall is an exciting shopping destination in central Melbourne. The main retail department stores are Myer and David Jones. They are both well-stocked with everything from classy apparel to luxury goods. There are lots of shops to choose from, including H&M in the former GPO. There are usually several buskers to provide entertainment.

Mostly pedestrianised, however, we had to get use to the amount of trams that use it as well, all the big names are here, which makes it very popular with visitors.

Bourke Street Mall is Melbourne's main shopping street. The Mall runs between Swanston Street and Elizabeth Street. The Bourke Street Mall contains the Myer flagship store and the Divid Jones department store. The Mall contains other retail outlets, including the historic Royal Arcade. The Mall is a popular spot for people to hang out and listen to the buskers.

Food was really good but the restaurant have taken 2 x payments for the same meal. I pointed this out at the time after noticing the duplicated transaction on my card app. In spite of 3 further visits I am still waiting to be reimbursed for their ‘mistake’. Only one lady (Suman) has demonstrated any degree of customer care; the manager of the restaurant has not responded to 3 x separate emails which quite frankly is appalling, especially as we had the meal on December 22nd. Quite frankly the way Vapiano have dealt with this is totally unacceptable 😡
