Mark was a wonderful host and made sure that we all were having a good time. From little unknown winery to larger operations and then to a local Vodka & Gin Tasting. What more could you ask for.
We had a small group and this was perfect.

Lovely trip, Mark was fantastic and made the day very enjoyable. Each stop was fun and informative. Would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyable would definitely recommend. Mark tour guide very informative & friendly.
Visited a number of wineries.. Lancaster my favourite. Cider brewery good too.

We went on quite a few wine tours on this holiday to Australia and New Zealand and this was one of the best. Mark was very professional both in pre tour information provided and in his choice of wineries picked and the distillery visited. He kept control of time without being intrusive. A very enjoyable afternoon tour

Mark was a fantastic host both knowledgeable and fun. We sampled some great wines, super vodka and gins and finished with chocolate what’s not to love about this tour. The biggest impression was left by the producers and their staff who are so passionate about their work.

My husband and I went on Black Swan Tours, full-day Swan Valley wineries tour today - and we can definitely recommend it. Our driver, Mark, was excellent - he was friendly, helpful, and provided great commentary en-route (most importantly, he was a skilled and careful driver).
We visited three carefully-selected wineries (Twin Hills, Olive Farm, and Ugly Duckling) - all with plentiful tastings, a fantastically-fun distillery (Old Young’s - with an amazing presentation from CJ), and a very welcome stop at the Margaret Valley Chocolate Company, where we tasted delicious chocolate liqueurs and chocolates! There was absolutely no pressure to buy at any of the places we visited but we couldn’t resist buying some items to take back with us.
There was even a delicious al-fresco lunch included at the Ugly Duckling winery, including your own choice of wine!
There were 9 others on our tour bus, all from different parts of the world, and varying ages from 20’s to 60’s, but we were all friends by the end of the tour.
I really can’t recommend Black Swan Tours highly enough - if I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Black Swan Tours is worth all the rave!
I will definitely be booking with this company for all future winery tours!! Firstly, a huge thank you to Mark for organising absolutely everything.
Mark pulled together a private group tour for international visitors with less than 5 days notice and without compromising on quality.
I was not present for this corporate event and dealt with Mark over the phone whose enthusiasm and friendliness could be sensed over the phone. Mark was given a brief - a budget, time, preferred wineries and a special request for our guests to receive personalised welcome packs. Mark was fully on board and planned the route, booked private tasting and lunch packages and acted on the request of creating personalised welcome gift packs - plush toys with the attendees names! He also kept the team entertained on the bus with a quiz game and a premium bottle of wine as the prize.
Mark responded quickly to all my calls/emails and coordinated a beautiful day. The feedback from the international team (who have been on many team building events across the world) mentioned the event ran incredibly smooth with exceptional service.
The team walked away with bellies full of delicious food, high on wine and mind filled with new knowledge of Aussie facts!
On the day, the team had so much fun they asked to also visit a distillery. Mark accomodated to this request and kept a time check to ensure the agenda still ran on schedule. Black Swans team also went the extra mile by dropping off the Team at dinner which saved them the hassle of booking taxis! You made the day better than I could ever imagine.
Thanks a million and hope to enjoy this insanely royal service myself one day :D

Fantastic full day with Mark who took us round some great wineries, cider and chocolate maker.

Great day out. Mark was a fantastic host with great local knowledge. Differing types of vineyards, all with good wines. The Old Young's distillery was a laugh.

Mark was our tour guide and was fantastic, informative. Loved the choice of the boutique wineries, Twin Hill, Olive Farm wineries, Lunch & wine at the ugly duckling wines, what a feast. Followed by a visit to Old Youngs Gin, our host was such a character (CJ)and the tastings were divine. Last stop at the Provider, wow chocolate delights to finish the day. Thank you to all our hosts, and Mark fabulous day
