Had a really great experience! The horses and the trail rides were beautiful suitable for both beginners and more experienced riders. Wendy and Jill were both lovely and we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable!

Well looked after horses and lovely staff!

My daughter and I did a one- hour trail ride
Jill and JT were our guides and were absolutely lovely- they helped us feel at ease and checked in regularly with us. The horses looked very well cared for and had plenty of free space to roam freely
The trail ride is fairly easy and takes you through beautiful bush land
It’s a peaceful and lovely way to spend and hour!

Great place for horse and people

I spent a whole week in this place doing all kinds of horse work as well as riding them. It's a great place to feel and make contacts with horses with lovely owner and workers. Really enjoy the time there!

Great farm with lovely cared for animals

We had a brilliant stay at the farm. My young kids (and I!) loved feeding all the animals, cuddling babies and bottle feeding the sheep. Even the donkeys were friendly and loved a carrot. The animals are very well cared for and the host is very welcoming, relaxed and friendly.

Set on peaceful bushland property and we even saw a gorgeous echidna wandering through.

Highly recommend.

Unforgettable getaway!
We really loved our days at Wendy's Farm. It's a beautiful nature and a quite area, easy to reach from Perth. We enjoyed the ride with the beautiful horses, watching the lovely guinea pigs, chooks & rabbits and our absolute favourites the cutest lambs on earth Wilton, Delilah, Elsa and of course Charlotti!
Meeting Wendy and Laurie was a big pleasure as well. Very nice and cosmopolitan people. They really care for their animals and guests and we definitely come back again! 😃

A bit disappointing

We started super late in the day - scheduled to start around 9.30 and ended up starting 10.30/11. It was quite dull - walking 98% of the time even though my mum and I have years of riding experience with all paces. Not sure if this is standard. The place is lovely and horses well cared for and would be good for beginners.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for my late response. It is rather difficult to reply as I cannot tell from your review exactly which ride you went on. For this reason I am always pleased if riders discuss their concerns with me so that I can, hopefully, make amends it the experience has not been a good one. I have checked with my staff and they cannot recollect any ride running one to one and a half hours late. However, if this was the case then please accept my apologies for this as I agree it is unacceptable, and not something that would usually happen. I cannot tell from your review if it was a group ride or a private ride for just you and your Mum, however, if it was a private ride then we are happy to go as fast as our clients are capable of riding. The safety of the rider and the comfort of the horse is our chief concern. You would be amazed at the amount of people who assure us they are competent riders, and when we discover that this is not the case are disappointed when we refuse to go any faster than a walk as it is our responsibility to ensure they do not get injured in a fall. If it was a group ride then, of course, we must ride to the lowest level of experience on the ride. For this reason we ask potential riders to discuss their expectations with me prior to making a booking so we can discuss and thus avoid disappointment.

Great kids getaway

We stayed at their property 'Fettlers Crossing' which was so beautiful. Would highly recommend for people with small children. We got to interact with a menagerie of animals...from horses, ducks, guinea pigs, rabbits and little lambs! We were also allowed to take our dog along which was amazing! The property was so serene and would love to stay again!
