Hi, even though the weather was not so good, strong wind and wind waves rocking the boat, I have enjoyed very much my first fishing experience and first time for snapper.
I got a few and release almost a dozen (too small).
Connor the Skipper as very friendly and helpful.
I will recommend Phoenix Charter for my friends.

Unbelievable day out on the water. Took a few mates out with no fishing experience. Even though weather conditions weren’t great, Skipper Connor with his great knowledge and experience can through with a great day’s fishing. Freezer is full! Great fun, definitely recommend Connor and the team🤙

Booked online with them, very easy to deal with, and very clear communucation. Boat is well set up with good quality gear, ( no bait fishing, lures only, so very clean) so no need to take anything of your own. Skipper Connor worked tirelessly all day firstly to find areas of fish, and then ensure everyone was well attended to all day in regards to how to use gear, handle fish, and generally, have a really enjoyable day out. Boat is very well set up with plenty of space to spread out, all in all, a top day out, and would definitely recommend to others.

It was a really good experience, skipper gave us good tips and real good to talk to. Best charter I've been on so far, would love to come on again.

I have been on different fishing charters all over the world & the whole team caught great fish, the actual snapper were fantastic and my favorite.
The tour started from central Auckland which was so easy & accessible and the tour is family friendly. The staff & captain were all extremely helpful & very friendly. Highly recommended tour and very reasonably priced. Great day out :)

It was a great charter experience, I've been on several charters and for the first time I've had the experience of dropping the line and getting bites straight away! We were going great for a while and caught so many fish! Big snappers and kahawai, even broke my personal best catch size. Connor our skipper was great, and even with the conditions adapted well and made sure we were comfortable all the way and keeping us engaged. He did an excellent job and really knows his stuff! Thanks heaps team!!

Had an awesome day out on the water landing some massive snapper. Our skipper Connor was fantastic getting us onto the big fish and making sure our lines were always in the water- using sliders and Connor taking care of our fish ensured we were as clean as we left when we came back in & able to head straight to the bar for a refreshing ale without smelling like we had been fishing all day.
Highly recommend to anyone who loves fishing!
