Dan U ROCK........ Thanks again for making our last day In New Zealand one to remember.
I called Epicentre at 10:30 on our last day on the Island needing 2 high quality full suspension bikes for me and my wife, Dan was very accommodating .
He worked with our schedule and hooked us up witH 2 SWEET.... Trek Remedy 7 bikes, set them up for our riding style & met us at the Adventure Park!
He even brought us knee pads & my wife's bike was literally Brand New!!!
What a great guy.... hope to come ride with you again... CHEERS

Ran into a problem getting a bike from Epicentre. I emailed several months in advance to reserve a bike and was told to get in touch closer to the date. When I arrived in town I tried to secure a bike a day ahead (closed because it was a Sunday?) and then got in touch the day I wanted to ride but because bikes were being kept offsite there wasn’t time to get on that day. This all seemed avoidable. Got a bike last minute from another shop.

We are sorry that you felt that way. We receive a lot of enquires at Epicentre, but leave it up to the customer to confirm if they want a bike or not, then most of the time they go ahead and book on line to secure it. This also allows a lot of notice to prepare the bikes etc and have them available. If you failed to book a bike because you couldn’t confirm your travel plans or because of weather concerns that is no problem as we can just move the booking for you to another day. However if we have no booking in the first place that is hard to do. We are glad you were able to hire at such short notice elsewhere. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a rental bike to ride at Christchurch Adventure Park, Epicentre Cycling is the place for you.
They are responsive to bookings and so friendly and helpful to make sure the bike is set-up right for you. The bikes are well maintained and serviced and I had no issues during the five day hire.
I had the opportunity to ride a Trek, which was perfect for the green trails, and then the Santa Cruz Nomad, which was perfect for the blue trails.
Epicentre Cycling is ideally located en route to Christchurch Adventure Park and is an easy 3km ride if you don’t have your own transport.
I highly recommend this team to get you going with your Christchurch riding adventure, whether at the park or beyond.

Hired a bike for a half day in Christchurch Adventure Park. Super friendly service and really helpful in choosing the right sized bike as I'm right in between two sizes. Bike was great and set up really well including being loaded with SPD pedals for me. Thoroughly recommend these guys and will definitely rent a bike from them again.

Rich has serviced or repaired my bike several times and it's always been a great experience - bike goes great afterwards and it's a really quick & easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I rented a Trek Remedy after having an issue with my bike. Excellent service and even threw in a free drink bottle after I lost mine in the park. Well priced and quality rentals on offer also.

I got my mountain bike tuned up and drive chain cleaned through a TreatMe deal. My bike now runs a whole lot smoother! Very happy with this company.
