We had an amazing wine tasting at Tamburlaine Winery! Markus was fabulous and so knowledgeable about the range of wines. We learned a lot and had a fabulous time! Amazing wines, terrific atmosphere - looking forward to our next visit!

Friendly and helpful staff. free wine tasting. Nice rnage of wines - including some very nice non-alcoholic ones.
I am allergic to alcohol so this was the only place I could 'taste'. Bought 6 yummy bottles.
Nice light bubbly wine as a palate cleanser.
30% discount on wines if you buy 12; 15% if you buy 6. Best value stop of hte day, and lovely wines

We booked a wine tasting experience at this winery which focuses on organic wines.
Our host was very well informed in the wines and with innuendos made our hour long experience well worthwhile.
The offers on sales were very tempting which we succumbed to and various boxes were purchased for future consumption.
We would, definitely, visit again.

Great cellar door with a range of tasting options. Staff were fantastic and great care for their wines. Pleasurable experience in something out of the ordinary.

Since trying their wines at a wine e show many years ago, this has been one of my favourite wineries and visiting the cellar door in Pokolbin didn’t disappoint.
Lily was our host and she was very knowledgeable about the wines and made suggestions of what to try based on my likes. Lily was friendly and engaging and certainly made the visit a pleasure.
I’ve previously visited the Millthorpe cellar door and I’d recommend a visit to either or both!

We had one of the best wine tasting experiences ever at Tamburlaine! Tom was our host and from start to finish the experience was perfect - Tom was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines, had many older museum wines for us to try as well as the current release vintage, and great cheese platters to accompany the wine. We have been members of Tamburlaine wine club for over twenty years, and continue to be very impressed with the customer service at Tamburlaine. We brought friends with us to the wine tasting and they immediately joined the wine club as well! Thanks again for a great tasting experience - we will be back soon!!

We just had the best wine tasting experience ever. We are lucky enough to have done many around the world and (nearly!) every single wine region in Australia. Matthew Mortimer absolutely made this place amazing. We visited the Millthorpe cellar door and his knowledge, enthusiasm, passion for the wine and genuine love for his job made it a total stand out. The wine was fabulous but honestly he is an asset to any company but especially any winery. We really enjoyed all the wines we tried (and purchased) and the fact they have vineyards in both Hunter and Orange makes it really unique if you love both wine regions (as we do). Highly recommended (great you can buy local beer there too)

Really disappointed with our visit to Tamburlaine. We have been going to this vineyard for many years but this visit will be our last time. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience and they couldn't get us out of there fast enough. The lady who served us was only intersted in making sure that we paid our $!0 tasting fee. Our friends had never been to this vineyard before but getting information from the staff about their organic wines was like pulling teeth.
