Pretty cool. Though a kid could not spin the bowling to get a strike so Wave Bowl should be at least Average.

Played 2 games with 5 ppl. Great fun activity, and the food was delicious, wide range of drinks too.

My family and I went to this bowling place and trust me when I tell you I will never be going here again! First off we got to our bowling lane and we hadn’t even been here for 5mins and our game had broken. I went up to the lady at the desk and told her about how our game broke and if we can move. She repeatedly made excuses about how it was OUR fault it broke and she refused to change our lane. Finally after 20mins she said it was the machines fault and let us change lanes. We were about half way through our game and I went up to the lady and tried to order a slushie for my kid and the lady replied with do you want vodka or rum in it?! Keep in mind this is a family friendly place with kids everywhere you look and this place thinks it’s appropriate to be selling vodka filled slushies! The ladies who worked there were so young and unprofessional and I’ve never been so appalled. The machine kept malfunctioning, the prices were unbelievably expensive ($54 for one game!). The staff were eating the food that was meant for the public half the time. This bowling balls were all slimy and the shoes had foot odor in them. I’m surprised this place is still open.The girls make a very bad impression on customers and soon wave bowl will have a bad reputation if something doesn’t get fixed quickly!

Wave Bowling in Port Macquarie could be great, but in these difficult times with Covid 19, they really need to adhere more to the precautions......we had people sitting almost on top of us, and I asked them to social distance and they laughed. Every lane and seating was used and there was only hand sanitiser at the entry door. The balls were quickly mixed up and I had no idea whose ball I was using and I noted that the staff were just wiping them over with some kind of spray in a bottle. They did spray the shoes as well. The man serving us had the dirtiest hands I had ever seen and I was not impressed one bit with their service. I think it's a shame, they could have done so much better. I would suggest they start policing the social distancing, I did not like sitting back to back with other people. We were definitely not 1.5metres apart.

Thought this would be a fun place to visit. Looked good, nice and clean bright and inviting. Arrived at the counter to be served and I use that term loosely by a staff member, after she tore herself away from her chat with other staff. Mumbled at us about shoe size and then said lane 4. Ok so which way was lane 4, we wandered off to find it and then had to go back and ask. “Over there” with a finger flick was the response. Off we went again and found our lane. This also happened to other people that came to bowl near us. How hard is it to be attentive to the people standing in front of you, especially when you are getting paid for it.

We went with about 6 teenagers and 3 adults over 2 lanes and twice the pin machine broken-down, once on each lane, we ended up all bowling on 1 lane as 1 of them couldn't be repaired.

Great place for a bowl had a very good time and laughs,place looks to have had recent upgrades since the last time we have come here done around the place which looks like a good job all around.

Went on a Friday night, awesome $6 games and beers for $4 after 8pm , an affordable way to be out, have a drink and muck about with an activity. They also have reasonably priced snacks and food. There's a bar area and the whole set up is inviting , casual and a good place to spend a night out with family or friends. The only negative was some lanes didn't work properly so groups, including ours had to move lanes to ones that would work. All good though, prob just needed a good servicing. Will def go again :)
