Great day on the Murray river on bbq barge Munchie. Plenty of room on board . Toilet very handy . Esky large along with table & chairs .

Group of 11 of us hired the munchie bbq boat, best day ever, boat had a toilet on board, sound system that rocks and a awesome bbq. The whole boat/bbq was clean when we got it, it's got a large table on board and it's very roomy. Also hired a tiny to take along as well. Great prices n great boats we will be back.

Very reasonably priced canoe hire and SO much fun! Murray the owner will provide a life jacket, and a barrel to put your small stuff in (phone, keys, etc.) to keep them dry, at no extra charge. Take cash – there’s no eftpos here. You will get soaked, so take spare pants ;)

We have just returned from a 5 day/4 night canoeing trip down the Murray from Morgan's Beach to Echuca (150km) with the assistance of Murray from Echuca Boat & Canoe Hire. We were a party of 2 adults and 6 teenagers and rented 4 x double canoes. Murray provided 8 x 80 litre barrels for all our gear and dropped us off at Morgan's Beach which is an hour drive from Echuca. It was a great adventure with nights spent round camp fires on remote beaches. Murray was very informative and provided river charts and advice and the equipment was adequate to provide a comfortable and memorable experience. Thanks mate!

Lovely fun on the river with the kids who are 6 and 10. We spent an hour paddling up steam and then down. But have previously been drooped up stream and paddled down.

So I hired a boat for 6 people to punt along the river and find a picnic spot. Very simple hire and introduction process. Best allow 3 hours for travel and picnic. Boat was partially covered for 4 people and driver is in sun. Nice picnic area on the NSW side up stream with table and chairs opposite the old abattoir site.

A group of 11 of us hired the boat for 4 hours. Had a great day on the water with beautiful scenery and stopping along the way for lunch on the bbq provided. Boat is open air and had a toilet and plenty of shade with a large table for 12 people. A great day indeed.

We hired a barbie boat for a few hours and it was a very spacious enjoyable way to see the Murray. Plenty of room for 4 adults to lounge about - would easily have fitted a few more. Easy to control. Hassle free activity...watch out for the paddlesteamers though!!

Well i must say that before this rental i had rented from you numerous times over the years and had no issues. To start this will be a little long so i apologise to everyone that reads it except the operator....here goes.....One would think that a rental company that rents bbq boats would at the very least check that the bbq has gas. We were assured at pick up that if the bottle of gas ran out that the other bottle was full and assumed that the operator was infact "competent"and provided us with an "operational" bbq. So we set off at 12pm looking forward to heading to a shady spot just past the border bridge. 25 mins later we arrive at our spot and begin to "attempt" to light the bbq. To our suprise the bbq didnt light and we thought its all good there is another full bottle or thats what we thought.......WRONG. Being optimistic we thought its ok we can call him and he will drop a full bottle off in a faster boat as we only rented it for 2hrs. Again to our surprise our 3 calls were not answered. Thank god we didnt break down..... so with no option and 5 starving ppl we head back to the rental spot to be informed that the last ppl didnt advise him that both bottles were empty. Clearly its the renters responsibility to do that. My bad..... But still optimistically we thought an apology would be given and we would be on our way.... but all we got was a bottle and a shove back away from the dock by what im going to call an arrogant person whom does not understand that manners are free and go a long way. I will say the operator when we got back was no where to be found and the replacement operator was very apologetic but that was all we got. To little to late. And not to our surprise there was no discount and to be honest a very disapointing experience. Would i use them again. NEVER. Would i recommend them to anyone. Not a hope in hell.

Used the 12 man barby boat for a very pleasant cruise up & down river. Tip-go upstream, downstream is full of cowboys on jetskis. Also upstream there is a cool jetty tower thing you can jump off, on the NSW side. The hirers were a bit unfriendly and the cash only part sucks, I pay income tax, unlike others!
