Great for families with older kids

Our host ghost Annie did a great job guiding us around and sharing some of the Gaols sinister inhabitants! Guided with one lantern of light (made some of the stairs difficult to navigate) but added to the experience. Can’t wait to go back during the day for another wander and delve deeper into the Geelong Gaols history! As a local I can’t believe it took us this long for a visit! Well worth it

Do try the Geelong Gaol Ghost tour

A fantastic review of the Geelong Gaol history that made we want to come back in the day to the museum.

The hostess lead both informative and witty. We had people experiencing “feelings” while on the tour.

Very Interesting Tour

The tour was very interesting and full of informative stories. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable as well.
Unfortunately nothing 'appeared' in any of the photos we took but one of my sons did feel dizzy in one particular spot and myself felt queasy in one of the rooms, with the symptoms automatically passing as soon as we left those areas.
We can't wait to go back to do both the day tour and the paranormal investigation!

I went on the Bendigo Ghost Tour and it was wonderful. This tour is a must for anyone who loves a bit of history mixed with spooky ghost stories. Our guide Kate was absolutely fabulous and really knows how to bring the stories to life, and leave you hanging on her every word.

A unique experience. Our tour guide was amazing - very knowledgeable and had great interaction. I took my 13 y/old daughter and her friends and they loved it - scary (in a good way) with a few laughs along the way.

Entertaining informative and humorous

I attended with my two favourite teenagers and a little aprehensión on their part. Our host was fantastic she stayed in character right till the end. She was knowledgeable funny spooky and entertaining. We all thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it as a great and reasonably priced tour.

Spooky and interesting visit

Our experience at Geelong Gaol Ghost Tours was fantastic. We took our 14 & 11 yo grandsons who had lots of questions to ask our guide who provided some interesting prisoner stories and information on the history of the gaol. It was sufficiently spooky without being over the top for kids of that age.

Dark Past

We did the Geelong Gaol Ghost Tour and later the Paranormal Investigation Tour both our guides were amazing. very knowledgeable on the gaol's dark past and its residents who once called this place. Both these tours are a must when visiting the Geelong Gaol.

Geelong Goal Ghost Tour.

I did the night Ghost Tour at the Geelong Jail. The tour guide was fantastic, played her role as a prisoner from over 100 years ago so well. She was clear spoken, loud and knowledgeable of the history of the jail and it’s inmates. The tour was done completely in the dark with only a few visitors carrying lanterns. This definitely added to the ambience of the evening. I would recommend this tour for a fun night out.
