Sea Crew do their best to show guests multiple whales if they are in the area, however they are wild and in their natural environment so we do not have control over where they are and when they will surface. We have an average sighting of 1-2 whales per tour and try to make this clear to guests in order to manage expectations. Thank you so much for recommending us. Tour times we give out and check-in times only and we try to make this very clear when booking on our website. We allow 30 minutes to check all 48 passengers in and allow for any late arrivals. We then have a short safety briefing and or bus transports you to the marina (located approx. 7 minutes away) to board the boat. Total time spend on the water is 2 hours and 15 minutes.
