Refreshing seawater bathes. Swam laps here in my uni days and returned this year for a dip or two while staying in Randwick, despite the rainy days. Clean water but watch out for some slippery steps (from algal growth) and rough bottom of the pool in places. Decent wooden structure with decent change rooms and a small coffee shop with snacks (the coffee was good). Nice views. Lad collecting entry fee was somewhat disinterested. Reasonable cost at $4.50 entry. Non-fussy place to swim and/or relax.

Out of all the Ocean Baths in Sydney this is the worst one I’ve swam in, and the others were all free.

About 20 years ago, I went to Wyllie’s Bath often, and if I remember correctly, it was always hard enough to find a parking spot. Since it is a tidal pool, it has always been interesting to look for the various sea creatures that came to the surface at low tide.
After moving out of that area, I went to other beaches and so now I was excitedly waiting for the meeting. Unfortunately, it didn’t really come together because the bath was closed. I circled it for a long time so that I could see it again for at least a brief moment, but the tall fence kept his secret strictly. Of course, if I had been at least 20 years younger, I would have climbed down on one of the steep trails where the young people who had fun by the pool went down, but I no longer dared to undertake this adventure. In the end, I just managed to take a fleeting look at this heritage-listed, much-loved spa.I'd love to see it again, just I don't know when will come this lucky time.

A number of classes are held here, under the shade and overlooking the waves and Wedding Cake island. The classes can be booked via Wylie’s website- under Health and Wellness Classes.
I recommend the classes by Yogarama- as I didn’t try any others, I can only suggest that they are probably equally good. There are Pilates classes , over 50’s health and longer workshops at weekends.
There’s a great cafe, tables under shade, and the sea water swimming pool. Fantastic for families and for solo folks like me!

Great place however wouldve appreciated some kind of warning about sea urchins. Ended up in hospital boxing day getting them removed from my feet!

May be great for swimming I don’t know, but as a historic location it looks poor from above and as an entry structure.
This area is short on refreshments. A splendid restaurant is clearly needed, but an excellent so called “kiosk” should be possible on the fringe of Sydney?

It was hot and humid in the city the day before so we decided it was time to take a trip to the beach. I love Coogee. The women only ocean pool is bliss but this time we were a mixed group so went to Wylie’s. It was fabulous - peaceful and the food was delicious. It’s rustic charm at its best.

Most relaxing and a beauiful pool in which to swim or sun-batheon its surroundings. It's secluded and has the most stunning view out to sea - in the cooler months, you might even spot the whales returning to colder waters off the Victorian Coast. This has to be one of the best sea pools on the Sydney Coast.

Amazingly good coffee here! Even if you don't love to swim in the out of this world pool, you have to try the coffee here! It's really good!!
