Daughter and nephew were a bit scared at first, until one of the ladies working there told them it will be fine the sharks got fed yesterday, lol. It was two people per swim instructor so if a person needs help they are right there, no problems though just a bit of navigation. The kids afterwards were so pumped and happy, they thought it was just the best experience.

What can i say...... The instructor was great, step by step instructions. He put you at ease for the whole experience. He takes plenty of photos for you to choose from. I definitely recommend this experience.

I don't quite understand why anyone would complain about diving with sharks, stingrays and fish. While it may be a bit expensive it's not as if it's an activity most people would do on a day to day basis. The instructors were friendly and informative. After getting some instructions for scuba diving, you get in the tank and get up very close to the marine life. There was plenty of sharks, stingrays etc going past cm's from my face so you did not have to travel far in the tank. Any initial nerves dissipated as soon as I was in the tank as the marine life was fascinating. I would highly recommend the shark dive.

I bought a voucher for the shark dive for my fiance and it's safe to say we were both disappointed by it. It is not so much a "dive with sharks" as a "stand still underwater while someone takes your photo". You literally do some training with the scuba gear, get in the tank, walk 15 metres, stand against the wall while the people in your group take it in turns to have their photo taken with sharks swimming somewhere in the tank. You have to have your hands clasped together the whole time. Then you need to buy the photos for $20 each or a disc with everyone in your groups photos for $50! Got home and looked at the pictures, there are none even worth printing! Not impressed as it wasn't cheap.

It was lucky we booked a week because we had to get my husband a medical with a doctor, which he failed. There was a question about bronchitis that apparently has recently changed. In many ways you can't find out until you get there that you can't dive. Compensation like a half day re-entry would have been nice.
