Organisation and classroom content of both courses was excellent. The in pool elements were well thought out and sufficient time was provided to gain all necessary comfort levels.
Would highly recommend Scuba World.

Pool dive trial

I was really nervous to trial the pool dive, Chris made me feel at ease, he was calm and supportive. Chris did small steps to help me feel comfortable in the water and when he could see I was starting to feel more comfortable in the water, he showed me a few underwater exercises. Chris was professional, friendly, informative. I can't wait to go back for my learn to dive course in June!

Scuba World, Sunshine Coast - Great Team

This will be my 8th year diving with the Scuba World team. Over the years I have undertaken virtually all courses available, performed nearly 500 hundred dives, dived locally, dived with numerous domestic and international diving trips privately and some organised by Scuba World. In comparison with some other excellent dive shops, I am still always impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the whole Scuba World team.
The Scuba World boat used for local diving is an excellent diving platform, safe, comfortable and getting food and a variety of drinks during surface interval is a great touch. Mike and Shara do a great job running the show and the instructors, guides and shop staff have always been courteous, attentive and caring to all. I continue to be impressed seeing the care and attention given to students, new divers and even experienced divers.
With staff changes over the years Mike and Shara always seem to recruit excellent caring staff who seem to fit straight into a great team. If you are contemplating diving on the Sunshine Coast I highly recommend giving these guys a go.

Snorkling Trip to Mudjimba Island

Thank you for a great snorkling trip! Swimming so close with the turtles was a definite highlight.
The trip was well organised and safe. Thoroughly recommend.

Would have been great if water visibility better

I'm really glad to have gone with Scuba World on this short trip but unfortunately the visibility was not clear enough to see much which was disappointing, but that's mother nature ... still a fun time and nice staff.

Hi, thanks for the review. We are very pleased to hear you enjoyed your experience with us. We strive ourselves on our highly knowledgable and incredible staff. But unfortunatly mother nature isn't always on our side, so we can't always contol the visibility.

Really well organised company with great staff. Dived with Tim 4 times in the last month and he is a legend. Dived with Scotty T in the past and he was also brilliant. Don't hesitate to book with this company. Every member of staff are super professional. I'm kind of a nervous diver, and always feel confident with the way Scuba World trips are ran. Couldn't be happier!

Excellent wreck dive

Smooth booking process and great communication from Mike and the team.
Excellent day of diving with Tim. Clear and concise dive plan briefing. The rental equipment seemed brand new! Also, convenient all day parking across the road.
Would love to come back and do it again!

Perfect day out diving

Another magical day out with Scuba World to HMAS Brisbane. Couldn't have asked for a better sunny coast day.. while the visibility was not perfect the diving was still sensational. Mike and the team always put on a great trip
